  The site was self explanatory and easy to use, I had access to reviews so that I could make my judgement on the product of interest. There was more positive reviews then negative and that helped me make a decision. There was regular updates regarding my order, via email. Delivery was next working day. I was happy with the service overall and didn’t have any problems. I was very happy with the product and it was what I was looking for. The product seems comfortable for my little boy, there as been no complaints. The absorbency is better then I thought from when I first saw the product. They’re not very good to look at, the pattern is pain and boring. However everything else is spot on and they do the job intended, I’ve just placed my second order. I wish they did deals and bigger bulky buys. I’m buying the 6 packs of 14 for my 3 year old who’s in the first stages of potty training and I’ve used 4 packs in like 16 days. Which is 3/4 pads a day so far which isn’t many. And some days he uses more due to ibs. So I’m spending 60 pounds a month for these pull ups. Which seems pretty pricey compared to the size 8 pampers he was in just before. I’m still willing to pay these prices as it’s worth it and working. I’ll be regularly ordering this product until my little boy is potty trained or grows out of them. I don’t feel I should give a lower rating due to price. As these products anywhere else are 10/15 pound per pack which is double. Just made an account now that I’ll be a regular customer.

  Tried to place order and system refused to process my card. After multiple attempts I abandoned the order as incomplete and went to another supplier who completed order and delivered before this company even indicated they were shipping. HOW did they process my card when I couldn’t? Very worrying. After my cancelling order by text on Sunday evening they still shipped. These people are unbelievable and I don’t intend to deal with them ever again. They don’t deserve one star.

  Was told the order was shipped, and given a delivery time and date that was missed, was unable to contact customer service by telephone, received tardy and unhelpful email updates, finally to be told the product was out if stock over a week after the order was placed. Took a further three days to receive the refund

  I am a new private user, and managed to find what I wanted and prepare an order. It was supposed to be delivered on Sept 3rd but was not. By 6th Sept, and now desperate to receive my order, I tried to phone both on the Private number and the NHS number, but both said they were too busy to receive my call and I should phone back. This went on for days on end, in fact I never did get through to speak to someone. In the end I sent an email describing my plight, and eventually a box of pads was received on Wednesday 8thSept.I did not get an email to let me know to expect this order. Then the next day 9th Sept, another box arrived, again without an email first. After sending another email to you to explain that I had received two boxes, I got an email back saying that I would only be charged for one box. All in all this was a very bad experience, and a lot of problems on your side. It could have been enough to put anyone off using your company again.
