  Poor user journey. Couldn't pay online. Necessary details to pay by bank transfer also not available so had to contact customer support. Took three days to manage to pay for the order, but also couldn't easily cancel it. Then courier service (Fedex) experience very bad. No flexibility in arranging delivery, didn't keep to their dates, no communication. Turned up weeks after the event. Also Brexit related tariff fees totally unclear until the bill arrives from Fedex. I know that's not iDealwine's fault, but it's still irritating.

  Can absolutely recommend iDealwine! A fine selection of wines both at fixed prices and auction. Super easy to bid and secure some wines that are otherwise difficult to obtain. Delivery is fast and wines are very well taken care of.

  I bought 12 bottles of wine 3 weeks ago. When I opened two of them and drank them, both showed excessive oxidation. I've had the same wine before, so I know this isn't characteristic of this wine. When I bought the wine, the description said the origin was the producer, so I expected the wine to be in good condition. But I was very disappointed.

  Great selection of wines & some spirits, easy to navigate website, but there are some room for improvements. 4/5 Phone app is worthless as you can't do much (like bid). 2/5 Customer service. 3/5 Items were very well packed and arrived on time. 5/5 Overall 3/5 Customer service & app needs serious improvements, but I think they are in the right direction and solve the issues in the future. I'm gonna buy again and you should too. :)

  C2938764 Its not about champagne but Relationship. I didn't even get the goods sent in early April until May (my best bucket list louis 1995 was lost) and I didn't get the proper compensation (refund for shipping more then 10days). It's very shocking to me they only refund the price of wine. Even i paid all tax through UPS

  Usually it is very good, but my last order was not shipped at the time. It was only shipped after my request of shipment status (8th day after the order confirmation). Thanks to Camille, who managed to ship asap with UPS, but still it arrived to late - as part of the order was a birthday gift for special occasion and I had to change it last minute.
