  Eine absolut unfassbare Customer Experience, was ich bei iDealwine erlebt habe. In dieser Form habe ich das bei noch bei keinem Ecommerce erlebt. Ich habe innerhalb von ca. 6 Wochen Wein für mehr als 5.000 € bestellt. Die Lieferung der Weine hat nicht mit der Artikelbeschreibung übereingestimmt z.B., dass die Weine in OWC geliefert werden. Laut Artikelbeschreiibung ist der Lieferant das Weingut, also kann ich bei der entsprechenden Flaschenanzahl eine ungeöffnete und versiegelte Kiste erwarten. So kenne ich es von anderen Händlern. Die Flaschen kamen als Einzelflaschen. Kaputte Holzkisten wurden separat geliefert. Die Kisten sind so nicht zu gebrauchen z.B. für den zukünftigen Wiederverkauf. Diesen Umstand habe ich mehrfach reklamiert. Bis zum heutigen Tag meldet sich vom Support keiner mehr. Den CEO habe ich direkt angeschrieben. Er hält es nicht für nötig, mir auf meine Email zu antworten. Bei iDealwine handelt es sich um eine "kleine" Firma mit weniger als 50 Angestellten. Hier darf ich einen persönlichen Kontakt zum Geschäftsführer erwarten - es ist ja schliesslich kein Konzern. Neben diesem Fall ist eine stornierte und bereits bezahlte Bestellung von vor mehr als 4 Wochen immer noch nicht bearbeitet bzw. rückerstattet. Auf meine Emails wird auch in diesem Fall nicht reagiert. Entweder sind die Missstände eine Riesenschlamperei oder es ist gewollt - dann handelt es sich um Betrug. Ich werde diese Angelegenheit zeitnah meinem Anwalt übergeben. Ich bin immer noch überrascht, wie iDealwine mit seinen Kunden in diesem Preissegment umgeht. Meine Entscheidung steht fest - nie wieder iDealwine.

  I believe that idealwine is a very serious company, scrupulously organized and well functioning.I have only two less positive aspects to highlight: the slow preparation of shipments even if you choose expedited shipping and the lack of relationship with customers (no gadgets, no gifts even for orders of thousands of euros).

  The site is excellent, and the shipping very good as well, and even though the boxes had some damage, the wines were fine because of the excellent wrapping. Shipping however I understand it, could be cheaper when buying big lots, however it just keeps rising and rising. I know the shipping get's more expensive, but some kind of flat rate above X amount of bottles, would for sure get you bigger orders. When only buying like 12 bottles, the shipping cost just makes the bottle price raise to a high level, so if you give people an advantage by buying 24 og 36 bottles on the actual bottle price, by lowering - and loosing a bit - on shipping, I'm sure you would notch people to order bigger for sure, I would.

  I honestly feel bad. I haven't received the delivery yet, but it's asking me to write a review. Haven't you heard from the Hong Kong manager that I'm going to use wine on the 19th? I've been exchanging emails for a week, but nothing has changed as a result. Marion Viateau? I finally received a copy of his email. 'As soon as we confirmed your order was returned on the 8th (Friday ), our logistic team launched an investigation with UPS France on the 11th of April immediately to understand why orders were being returned to our warehouse. The investigation took 3 days to identify the issue. We are working our best to accommodate your request; unfortunately, this situation is unexpected and caused by a system malfunction.' Until you investgated from the 11th to the 13th, other Korean consumers were receiving the goods well. There are only 3 people I have checked in the wine community. One of those people even liked being compensated for label damage. I'm not asking for compensation. They ordered later than me and received it sooner. You should have canceled my delivery-invoice and reprinted it if it was shipped without any problems. I was planning to give a Crystal 1999 as a wedding gift to my sister tomorrow. I'll have to give it to you instead of Jacques Selosse Substance and Les Carelles. Of course, next year or later, when my sister comes back to Korea, I can give it to her, but I feel bad that my plan has failed. To be sure, other auctions gave up and placed an order with a sufficient period of time. I added 6 bottles of Poire in hopes that the shipping cost of 100 EUR would be a little less expensive. Poire are sold for 41 EUR in Korea. I'll make one suggestion. I wish there was only one delivery method for 6 bottles of 50 EUR or 60 EUR. If there was a 60 EUR shipping method, I would have ordered 2 bottles of Crystal 1999 just that way. I'm really disappointed this time, but I'll keep ordering, thank you for reading this long post.

  I paid for this order before going away for over a month on Christmas holiday; I intended to add to the order on my return as I've done many times in the past; I was charged storage , which I am very unhappy about; if I had known I would had the wine despatched to me when I paid for it; when I messaged and telephone idealwine; I didn't get a satisfactory remedy for this problem at all; in fact it took another 3,5 weeks for them to come back to me with a very curt email, in the meantime my storage bill had increased further; I WILL NOT BE USING IDEALWINE AGAIN;

  I just received my first (but certainly not the last) shipment from iDealwine, and I am so pleased. The bottles look exactly as they were pictured.
