  I ordered wine for almost 5000 €. After two weeks of order I asked about my order and they answered that they not had some bottles they had sold to me. They said they can return the price of wine they not had but they not return the delivery fee of it. Now I have been waiting my order now for 24 days. It looks like they still have not send it even they have promised to send it many times already. This start to look like fraud and I recommend to stay away of this site.

  The product was exactly as described and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately (no reflection on iDealwine) Brexit regulations forced me to pay significant additional charges, and caused delays, meaning the present was late. It would have been good to know these facts in advance, so a warning on the website would have been nice. If I lived in France I would use these guys again, but not from the UK.

  Most of the user experience from the idealwine.com was good, but I think there's a few things have to be improved. I think the order cancellation process should be improved to get much easier, and basket storage time for just one hour is littlebit short. And the last thing, I think it would be better if the customer can choose which wines to be shipped from the auction results. The auction result is now clustered in a single order now, so I cannot choose which wine to be shipped first and which one for the late.

  iDealwine was perfect with fast communication. But UPS was a joke. Delivered at my porch without ringning the doorbell or checking the ID in - 6 degrees Celcius. The wine stood there for three hours, almost freezed. I hope the wine is ok

  Everything went nice and smoth. Have though one minor complaint. The different e-mails telling me where the parcel was on its way to me was in French and I don't speak French. I also think they sent too many messages. I'm not interested to read that the parcel is now in the Netherlands and the day after it is in Denmark.....

  Wine took several weeks to ship, which is not a problem on its own but there was no communication about the delay. The shipping company they use just left the package at the entrance to my building without buzzing. Luckily a neighbor was kind enough to grab the package, otherwise it could easily have been stolen. Wine was well packaged and arrived cooled which was a nice touch.
