  I placed a winning bid on a case of wine on January 19 and paid for it the same day. It is now February 24 and I still have not received the wine nor do I have a tracking number nor an estimated date of delivery. I’m a bit frustrated.

  Ordering procedure, shipment and tracking information all very good. Packing material not very good. The frigolite used left a lot of small sticky particles on the bottles that had to be removed. Lots of flying frigiolite particels flying around when box was unpacked. There are better variants of frigolite, I suggest a change.

  I was not happy with their service. All extra charges were not part of the bid price. Once the final bid price was clear, it was more than buying from bond. I was finally hit with custom charges that I did not expect. Once I worked out the numbers and read T&C it made sense, but I find the whole experience very misleading and I ended up overpaying a lot. Customer care was not great, as they pointed my to terms and conditions. They could have done more to retain a high value customer but they did not. Not recommending nor buying again
