Verified reviewBig problem with the shopping experience was the delivery service. I stayed at home twice as per instructions as to when parcel would be delivered. No show! Email with ridiculous picture of the back of my house saying I hadn't been in to receive parcel. Message to say pick it up from drop off point. Then another message to say they were unable to use drop off point. Couldn't contact anyone at depot. Eventually a very nice delivery person arrived looking as exasperated as I felt. Bad luck, certainly bad service. Just had ro resign myself it would hopefully turn up. Took about a week!

Verified reviewI have no issues with the order process, very pleased, although the model I initially found (3600) in a national retail store was not found anywhere on the MagiMix website, so I can only conclude it was now obsolete, but could still not find any support for it either.

Verified reviewDelivery and ordering was easy and quick but the 1 star review is because of the after care - I’ve got a fault in the machine . I reported it and they responded fairly quickly. I was asked to check everything is clicked in correctly, and was told a ‘usual fix’ for my issue is to spray the excessively spray the buttons with furniture polish as this may release anything ‘stuck in transit’ . So I add furniture polish to my next shopping trip. Tried as suggested, it did not work. I approached Magimix again, I am now asked to send the machine back in original packaging (I no longer have as we are a few weeks post order now) - so I have been asked to get a supermarket cardboard box , pack with towels and send back at my expense ….. and this is expensive!! So I am stuck with a semi functional machine until I pay for DPD postage …my advice , don’t buy direct - if I had purchased at John Lewis (or similar) this would have been sorted with a couple of weeks … not months which is where I am now !

Verified reviewThe finance page simply did not work, ended up re-ordering using a credit card and disregarding the 0% apr offer. Furthermore the communication regarding delivery was minimal and poor, and it was impossible to contact any customer service department for assistance. I would not use this e-shop again

Thank you for leaving a review. I do apologise for the level of service you've received. I've had a look into the Novuna application and it appears Novuna cancelled the payment. To understand why, I would recommend giving their Customer Experience Team a call on 0344 375 5500 DPD provides tracking information including a 1 hour time slot text message on the day of delivery. Through the DPD text messages you can track your parcel, re-arrange your delivery or designate a safe place. Please contact the Magimix Customer Service team so we can investigate why you didn't receive this service. Good afternoon. Novuna automatically cancelled the payment after I left it hanging without completing it. The reason I left it hanging is because none of the drop down boxes were working g and it was therefore impossible to complete. It is frankly a useless system. Verified reviewAfter waiting for several weeks, I enquired about my delivery and the company discovered that it had been returned. I had not been notified that it was arriving, that someone had tried to deliver it or that it had been returned to France. Is this the service expected from a reputable company?

Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delivery issue. It's certainly not the level of service we strive to uphold. DPD send a 1-hour delivery time slot text message on the morning of the delivery. I'm unsure why you didn't receiving this text message on this occasion, but we will certainly raise this with DPD. You'll be pleased to know all parcels are sent back to a warehouse within the UK rather than France, so a re-delivery will only take a few days. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
