Verified reviewI bought the 4200XL at very good sale price, I sent several emails to magimix asking for advice and I had quick helpful replies. This is very good food processor with lots of accessories and comes with proper containers for the mixing blades and slicing discs. I bought this as a present and they love it , it does everything they need.

Verified reviewWhen I ordered this machine originally from John Lewis, Amazon Shipping lied when they said it had been delivered when it hadn't. So, I ordered a replacement from Magimix, for the same price, and it arrived as stated. I am very pleased with it.

Verified reviewPurchase experience: got confirmation email. Nothing arrive for 2 weeks. Discovered online account. Payment had failed. Paid again and arrived quickly. No communication provided apart from 2 purchase confirmation emails. No number to ring, and no response to enquiry email. Excellent food processor, mind!

Hiya Jenny, It’s probably my fault for not ready the fine print. I should’ve checked you did free or cheap returns. Pretty costly when you have to organise yourself and the couriers don’t offer cover incase things go missing. Can you please check if you’ve received my return?
