I always worry about return options etc because online purchase expectations is often tricky. But didn’t need to return anyway, the size is perfect 1.2L. Big enough but not crazy in the way & heavy.

Some confusion around the ordering process using a voucher which could have been resolved more quickly - I almost gave up but once the order had been accepted the gelato expert was received quite quickly.

Easy purchase process. Unfortunately delivery was not good - external packaging badly damaged with DPD leaving it for me to find rather than delivering to the door as usual
