  I ordered this bird cage which was easy enough, but when i received the cage was bent out of shape which im not happy about. The cage is what i was looking for so just keeped as im not sure if replacement would get damaged in the delivery process. That was my only issue with it

  As Purina don't seem to produce these for the UK market anymore, and my cat absolutely adores these (not sure why) I bought from Miscota. V pleased with an efficient service from Miscota and the cat is very happy now! Thank you. :) Only marked down one star because of the extra cost of shipping from Spain.

  Couldn’t find the delivery rates so had to try several order amounts to get the best value as I can’t get this product in the UK anymore. This is why I didn’t give five stars. Otherwise I am very happy with miso tai and the order arrives by Royal Mail in the time scale they say.

  I am really happy with the service. My cats love this cat soup. It's very difficult to get now it's discontinued on the UK. The tracking facility is great, and I always receive my order before the expected delivery date.

  The valid discount code did not work and, when I complained, Miscota offered an inadequate response. Specifically, a 48 hour 10% discount came up as “expired” when I tried to use it after 24 hours. I proceeded with the purchase of 8 weeks pet food supplies. After exchanges, Miscota offered me the chance to have another 10% discount before the end of January but I don’t need yet more food so can’t use this. They should have given me a 10% credit. Very poor service. Be wary of their special offer codes.

  Cannot fault the product and cat loved the flavours. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the delivery charge is quite high! Appreciate it is coming from Spain with Brexit and all but i found it still a bit too high.

  Quick delivery, well packed, exactly as stated. This ball launcher is so much stronger and the ball goes further than a stick type ball launcher. The balls are slightly smaller than a tennis ball and the ball is supplied. They are the perfect size for my cavapoo.

  My cat adores Play Tubes and unfortunately, they are not available from any shop or dealer in the UK any more, so I have to purchase from Miscota which adding freight charges, makes it a very expensive treat, but hey, we love our cat!
