Verified reviewBought my dog the needed medication, no indication to the delivery date. After purchasing email said 2-4 weeks for delivery, and I needed it now, emailed to cancel within 5 mins of order but still sent, they said just return it, tried needed info they wouldn’t provide to send back as not in UK, they refused, I sent it by my employer on UPS and still it was stick and when UPS asked for more info once again they refused to provide the info, so now almost 2 months later it’s on its way back to me from Spain as this company is refusing to help with the return, even though it’s at my expense! Total waste of time and money. Shocking customer service

Verified reviewQuick and reliable service,although postage costs are too high.it can cost nearly the price of one 24 tin tray of food for the postage,so if you are ordering two trays of 24 tins like we do(because we can’t buy tuna separately in the shops),then expect a minimum of £11 postage.postage price varies it seems,but that’s the lowest price roughly,usually more than that.

Verified reviewI’ve been waiting for my order for over two weeks despite receiving an e mail from miscota to say my order was dispatched and would be delivered within the next few working days. When I have contacted the company to ask where it is I have received impersonal, reductive response: I still don’t know where the order is and have had no genuine contact from you. It’s a disrespectful service. However full payment has been taken from my account immediately.

Verified reviewWill never use again. Received multiple emails stating that certain products were unavailable and every time I responded I just received more automated emails. No actual person would answer when I was going to receive what little there was left of my order. Worst customer service possible and nobody cared.
