Verified reviewHaving lost a clip off my Moderna pet carrier I was really pleased to see various spares on the Miscota website.The first problem was that they didn't have some parts of the order,I was happy to wait until they had the missing pieces.Unfortunatly,the next message let me know that they were cancelling the order and refunding the cost of the missing bits,not the postage,as they were sending what they had.Eventually a large box arrived , imagine my surprise when I opened it to find a small pack of dogs treats!So, to recap, rather than refund the £16 postage they sent me a pack of dog treats, when I don't even have a dog! Disappointing service, to say the least.

Verified reviewI do find the the site a little difficult but think that is more my age and ability now to dort things out. I now leave order to Miscota who are excellent.I am informed when order is ready to be shipped and then again when its on its way.. It is well packed and my little dog loves them she has certainly missed them during the period they were unavailable. Excellent service well done

Verified reviewI had no acknowledgment that my order had been received. I had no notice that my order was on its way. I had no reply to an email asking where it was, and a review was requested a day before it actually arrived, which took almost 2 weeks!
