Verified reviewI placed an order on the 24th April. I have contacted the team as the order delivery stated when purchasing is 48 hrs via Royal Mail tracked. I have received my order today 06th of May and I just wanted to ask Miscota? is this a joke???? I ordered a full package of 12x pouches of appetite control jelly and I received one puch!!!!!!! you have charged me for the box 15£ plus the delivery cost from Spain and you have send me one pouch packed by hand in the UK??? I do not recommend Miscota to anyone, I waited for the order for two weeks, received one pouch of 12 that I should receive and spend almost double the amount of money to by food for my cat as waiting for the delivery to happen. Absolute disgrace!if I could rate you lower then 1 star I would.

Verified reviewUK thats a Joke The product I ordered came all the way from Spain and took a bloody month. I only brought from this site because it said it was a UK company. Thinking most it would be 2weeks delivery. NO 4 BLOODY WEEKS and I had to go and search out and buy another item. MY FISH COULD HAVE DIED WAITING ON THIS

Verified reviewUK buyers beware. Price is good. But all electric devices are EU rated standard with EU plugs. Devices will work I'm UK but you will need to change the plugs - doesn't make this clear when purchasing. Would have got 5 stars had it even mentioned this on the site I still would have purchased, but having to then go and buy 4 replacement plugs when I needed to use the devices asap was not great
