Verified reviewLet down by Miscota Requested notification of Hypoallergenic HPM CAT food when in stock, received confirmation of this being done, have copy screen shot of email, received email saying food in stock followed link saw it was in 3kg or 7 kg there was a cat image on the bag saw in 7kg was a no brainer as vet was charging the earth, so ordered, finally arrived its DOG food. Now have to arrange to send back to Spain and running short on time scale and not getting answers to my email on returns assistance. Just an email saying Miscota Dogs Cats Small animals Birds Fish Reptiles Horses Dear Ingrid, Thank you for this information. Could you please send us a screenshot of the notification you received? This way we can check it and let our web department know to avoid future problems. Kind regards, The Miscota team. Well avoid by all means but not at my expense I now have to return due to their error a 7kg bag of dog food because thier link was in error and there was no mention of CAT or DOG but a cat symbol on the image of the food on the page we ordered from that showed we ordered CAT Food. So out of pocket financially out of cat food AVOID AVOID.

Slow shipping, and then send you the totally wrong products, you do everything they ask, take photos, and compare to photos on website and on invoice. They bare face lie and say the products are the same even though pictures prove they are not. Theives
