    4 stars for this order but after 2 emails and giving up waiting on the phone I am still waiting for refund for a pack of 4 spark plugs and only received 1. Very difficult to make contact with Mister Auto and therefore I am using this review to make contact.

    Normally, very good service to Ireland. But this time I ordered a radiator. The packaging was the original flimsy cardboard box, which got quite torn/damaged on one end, and crushed in on one whole side. Luckly, the radiator seems ok. Fitting later today! But Mister-Auto really needs to double box radiators for shipping and not rely on the component maker's (Valeo) packaging !

    I've never left a review on anything before, good or bad. But this was ridiculous. Ordered break-light bulbs, arrived a month late. When they did arrive, all of the bulbs were loose inside the packaging and two of them were smashed. I almost cut myself on the broken glass.

    The range and prices are good. The website isn’t bad. The app is awful. It managed to change my sex, get my name back to front, and totally garble my address. Delivery is a bit slower than i expected (about a week in my case). Irritating that neither the app nor the website remembers items placed in the basket and that you can’t add items to an order after it’s sent. Still, knowing all these drawbacks, it’s likely I will use the service again sometime.

    I tried calling you but was waiting over 30 minutes and then got cut off and could not find any email address anywhere. The part missing corteco part no Ht300c was only 4.41 euro worth but what was annoying was the empty box for it was in the order.

    After months of trying to get the right parts from my local parts suppliers, who claimed it was impossible to get. Back online with mister-auto and 5 minutes later ordered the parts. Mister-Auto appears to have a wide network of suppliers and also pretty much the whole of Europe. Should be the first port of call for all buyers looking for auto spares.

    It was the vehicle registration of an Irish registered car. Irish registered cars are almost exclusively right hand drive. You supplied a left hand drive product. This should be sign posted better.

    Exceptionally long wait times for phone support when I rang to find the status of my order, I gave up in the end. Also, the delivery day which originally appeared when choosing a price option was not honoured as the delivery date on the email after ordering was different to the date appearing before ordering. It is as if earlier delivery dates are shown before ordering to entice a purchase.

    Web site is good and easy enough to navigate but clear information is needed on parts. I recently ordered a suspension part for my car using my reg number. It was advertised on the site as passenger side lower which was what I needed. However, a driver side part was delivered because the part came from France were they drive on the opposite side to Ireland so I ended up having to buy another part locally at short notice.

    I was able to choose the wrong front brake pads for my car despite entering the registration plate number. I had to return these and buy at higher cost from my local motor factor. While I understand that there are build options, my local motor factor was able to find the exact options my car was built with from the registration.     Order did not arrive on time, had to order elsewhere and customer services did not respond to any of my requests to return the items. Stuck with a set of brake disks that I do not need and out of pocket. DPD where no help either as they refused my request to return the item to the seller.

    The items I ordered all arrived in a timely manner and were in good condition. The only hiccup was when using the app in order to qualify for free shipping: you need to have access to Android 7.0 or later, or else the basket will keep emptying itself while you shop. If your device has an older version than Android 7.0, then you need to try to find an older version of the Mister Auto app itself, rather than installing directly from Google Play. Apart from that, perfect. I've used Mister Auto before and I'll happily use them again. Thanks!

    Great choice of parts for all cars from new to the older onece, but I would recomend to now the part number or now what to looking for as the quantity of the available parts is huge.
