    Delivery is very slow, compared to other on line parts suppliers, often taking several days to even pack the parcel. There is frequent confusion as to which is the "drivers side" of the vehicle and incorrectly supplied parts have to be returned and refunded, before reordering the correct item. There is no exchange facility. Further, the numbering scheme used by customer service, when seeking help with an order, is not the same as the order number, or invoice number, or any other user accessible number, making it difficult if you have more than one order in progress. A new niggle, this time, was a Toyota water pump being invoiced as a Lada one. This makes linking invoices to jobs impossible. However, if you have the time and patience to deal with all of this, the prices are very good and the parts, when they eventually arrive, are of good quality. There is currently a promotion that offers free shipping, provided you place your order using the app. The difficulty is, two out of the last three times I placed an order, the app wouldn't work and I had to go back to the laptop to place my order, incurring P&P charges as a result. This is typical Mister Auto performance and I've come to accept that something will go wrong each time I interact with them and adjusted my expectations accordingly. For important, or urgently needed parts, I now know to go elsewhere, but when price is king and time is plentiful, Mister Auto wins every time.

    One of items I ordered, on the website described as "Brake disc set (2)", turned out to be one brake disc, obviously packed as a single piece, described as "Brake Disc" on the box, and not a set. Customer service made the grade, and they sent me another "set", asking to return my item only after I confirm that I have received two parts instead of one. Of course, I got another single disc, which made a set of two with the previous one. Problem solved after two extra weeks of waiting. Fair play to the Customer support, thumb down for a mess in the system.

    Indont usually leave reviews but I used there reg checker on there app to find parts that were supposed to fit my car. Both parts arrived separately, 1 after a week, 2nd after 2 weeks. Neither part where compatible with my car. Also, I bought 1 part advertised as "Drivers side" - but the part came from France, which the website doesnt tell you, and Frances drivers side is the opposite side of the car from cars here in Ireland. Summary, - Very slow delivery - Wrong parts - Not Ireland based even with ie on web address - Very slow refund process, still havnt received after returning items.

    Out of my order, I was sent the wrong item. Where I selected a kit of two break drums and only 1 arrived. I did get a refund for half of the item but meant that I had to go over my local autopart store and buy the other one not to get stuck in the middle of the job. Which at the end of the day, I could have bought everything from the same store and not have to wait for delivery, etc... The worse thing is that they knew they had to ship the two parts but they ran out of stock but instead of letting me know they just decided to send 1, which is what bothers me the most. Other than that, pretty fast delivery and like I said I did get a refunds and an apology which is why I still give it a 3 star rating. All the other parts where exactly what I needed and at a decent price.
