Verified reviewOrdered wipers front and back plus few more bits for my car true the cars reg plate as gave me recommendation for my car, order came fast enough well packed, but unfortunately the rear wiper came wrong too small for car, I contacted the care team and been told that they can not exchange or refund my rear wiper as would cost the company too much. Simply they told me to buy a new at my full cost and plus I had to pay delivery charges that is more than a wiper. I felt that care team didn't care about the customers and especially it wasn't my fault I just been sent a wrong wiper.

Verified reviewWrong filter sent, not worth the hassle of sending back so bought it locally. This has happened several times with Mister-Auto, their standard delivery has also become really slow so if in a hurry don’t bank on the date they give, choose premium delivery which I suspect is what they want anyway. Given the wrong part again and the delivery time not sure if I’ll be ordering from them again, products are of good quality and prices not bad but delivery and correct items more important to me.
