Verified reviewIt was dispatched earlier so we did get it sooner. Not on the fay it was promised but it was before the original arrival date. Happy with the product. The only problem with the site, that the shipping address can't be changed. Tried it but impossible, only if you give them a call, long waiting time.

Hi, yes my package arrived opened oil filter was damaged seal ring missing thankfully 5lts oil was ok. Don't have package box or filter as my mechanic put both in the bin. To save time and hassle just got new filter from local parts dealer to have the car serviced in the time slot in which I had booked.I have to say mister auto prices do offer good value. Regards James

Verified reviewI bought a TRW caliper, a TRW box arrived, it contained a Lukas caliper, and it was not new but refurbished. I wrote to online support, called, no result, my account was blocked. This is the last purchase on mister auto, I categorically do not recommend this seller
