Good selection of car parts but shipping time is a way too long. Sometimes it takes a week for the parts to be shipped after purchase so if somebody needs a car part asap this is not gonna be a good choice. Also paying extra for priority delivery is not fair. Every ordered and paid product should be shipped within 24 hours. I hope mister auto will consider that in the future.

A product arrived with Spanish instruction for use on label no English which caused hesitation for me using the product not knowing proper usage dosage etc. Website said free delivery orders over €79 which was not the case, it was not possible to purchase without incurring delivery charge.

Part was correct, took a little longer than i had hoped to be delivered. Price was excellent. Mister Auto use DPD who are not a great carrier in terms of speed and quality of tracking updates. I guess that contributes to the cheaper costs. For comparison my local motor factor would have had to order it in next day and it would have cost 100Eur instead of 60Eur. I do like to support local business, but not at that level of markup when they dont have the part in stock.

Before you send the return parcel, we would ask you to take a photo of the product and of the parcel itself in case the return is damaged to our warehouse. The return label needs to be put inside the box and the prepaid shipping label needs to be stuck on the outside of the box of your order. You can then go to the closest Post Office and leave the package there for DHL who will return the order back to us. Hi. My only concern is the time that it takes to get my parts delivered. I was supposed to get my parts yesterday (Friday), but now looks like it may be Monday or Tuesday next (4 or 5 days later) before I get my parts. This is just too long. This is on top of that incorrect part was sent in first place over nearly 3 weeks ago, so had to re order. Would have liked correct part to be shipped ASAP. But didn't happen.
