We have purchased from Mister-Auto previously so had no hesitation buying again, the price has been very good. In the past we have paid the premium for express order processing and this time we did not but the difference was a day at most. Still havnt received my order almost 1 month later. Item was returned to sender by DPD due to a mistake on their end. I have repeatedly asked for re delivery, a new tracking number or at least updates on what’s happening. I only got “your item should be with you very soon” and “well let you know when we have more info” that’s also a week ago now and no updates. I have to constantly chase this up, get no information and can only reach them by email. Called the customer service number like 10 times now to speak to somebody but no one ever answers. This is atrocious.

The order was delivered within 3 days and was the correct item. One small observation I would like to make is in relation to the search on the website. I was looking for a Timing Belt and Water Pump kit. If you type in Timing Belt it does not bring up the kit with the Water Pump. You have to type in Water Pump to find the kit. Other than that a perfect transaction for a top branded product at a good price. Definitely ☆☆☆☆☆

It would be 5 stars but there is one thing. I'm living in Ireland and all parts that I've ordered are for lefthand drive. So be carefull. You just need to order passenger side parts if you need drivers side parts and that's all. And wipers are different as well

Hi You didn't put full address on the package and DPD left it at different far away from me. DPD didn't make an effort to bring that package even though I sent my full address. Person that received my package contacted me and this is how I got my package. I went to stranger house and got it.There was no full address on the package

I ordered honda civic 1996 headlights for Irish registration plate. And I got European headlights which is completely wrong. How could be happened if I did put an Irish registration plate when I placed my order that evident i need for left-handside traffic. Huge mistake from you. Car won't pass NCT. Spent €200 . It's a shame you did that mistake. And I never got my receipt for the second order. When I talk to costumer service they don't have a clue about European and UK headlight. Awful service.

After the first part arrived wrong, called costumer service they admitted that the company had made a mistake so sorry. And they advised what to order. And I ordered and of course arrived wrong one again. That's a giant mistake from you. And never get receipt for second order. It's a hassle to send back that wrong parts. So I have to swallow that mistake from the company?
