Verified reviewI've made 3 orders from the website and in 2 of them the parts were not the right ones for the cart. The website a lot of the times recommends parts that don't fit.

Verified reviewOrdered a part that supposed to fit on the driver's side. I ended up with the one for the passenger's side. Maybe that's because what is the driver's side in Ireland, it is the passenger's side in France from where the parcel containing my parts was sent. But when you order from a website with .ie extension, you don't expect such things.

Verified reviewVery poor communication with customer service. Items did not arrive on date promised and their "guaranteed delivery or refund" wording have fine print so they are not bothered to keep to their promises. Do not recommend to anyone.

Verified reviewI ordered a driver's side window regulator, as the website was mister-auto.ie I assumed it would be for the driver's side of an Irish car but I received a regulator for the left side which is the driver's side in Europe! I then had to explain to the customer how the part I ordered for them was for the wrong side of the car after having them wait two weeks for delivery.
