Verified reviewTerrible costumer service, my parcel should be delivered on a Monday but got delivered a week later. Call center are just declining the calls and disconnect the line. Got the wrong type of part delivered. And because costumer support are not answering the phones I can’t get it returned As there is no return form

Verified reviewmister auto site CONFIRMED FOR ME THAT THE PARTS I WAS BUYING WE'RE COMPATABLE WITH MY CAR AFTER I GAVE REGISTRATION NOUMBER AND ENGINE NO BUT BOTH PARTS WERE WRONG AND DID NOT FIT ALSO THERE WAS A LONG DELAY IN DELIVERY DUE TO ME NOT BEING INFORMED UNTIL AFTER A WEEK FROM ORDER DATE ABOUT UNAVAILABILITY OF ONE OF THE PARTS THEN WHEN ORDER WAS DELIVERED THE PORTAL FOR CONTACTING THEM WAS CLOSED AND SINCE THEY HAVE NO EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I CAN FIND I CANOT CONTACT THEM EXCEPT BY EXPENSIVE PHONE CALL TO FRANCE SO AFTER A 3WEEKS WAIT IM STUCK WITH PARTS THAT DONT FIT AND IM OUT THE COST OF THEM HOWS THAT FOR SERVICE sorry i cant give no stars I DONT THINK THEY WILL REFUND ME EITHER ITS JUST TOO MUCH HASSLE
