  I ordered a pair of Falco Rooster Boots from Motostrom. When I received the product I realized that the product shown on the Motostrom website did not match the product that I received. Now, I am waiting to return the product and get my money back. Other than that, I really like their website. They carry a lot of really great products at a reasonable price compared to other websites. I hope they can fix the issue with my order so that I can order again from them.

  The product I purchased (tour pack) got to my home way faster than I expected (overseas purchase) and it was exactly what I was expecting, thanks. The only issue was the loose hardware (no packaging) in the tour pack, I hope all the hardware is all there. However I will definitely be doing business with Moto storm again.

  The process had its challenges due to the current pandemic. Ordered a pair of boots and a helmet, however, only ended up with the boots only because motostorm does not have the helmet in their warehouse and had to wait for the supplier to ship which took longer than they originally aimed. Customer support staff from motostorm, Carol, was prompt in responding and apologized for the delay. The purchasing process was smooth but had its flaws.

  Customers outside of the UE may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Community. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. This is explained to our Uk clients on the email confirmation that they receive after placing an order on Motostorm. It is also present on our website in the section payments. Uk clients are subject to duties because the UK is no longer part of the European community, not to forget that the prices for Uk clients on motostorm are without Vat.

  My item was out of stock at US dealers, but it was available from motostorm.it. The item arrived faster than it would have from a US dealer, maybe even if they had it in stock. And, lower overall cost than the US dealer's price even with shipping from Europe included. I ordered it on a Sunday. Motostorm.it shipped it on Wednesday and it arrived at my doorstep on Friday...I can't believe it got here from Italy in two days! motostorm.it is the best-kept secret in motorcycle gear out there, at least for riders in the US.

  Quality and speed of delivery were great but I got stung with import tax of over £60 There was no warning of this before placing the order but the receipt mentioned that charges might apply! I would have saved money by sticking to a UK site and paying a higher price up front with no hidden charges

  I ordered an item from Motostorm on the 27th of March. But before placing my order I decided to inquire how long it would take for the item to arrive in my country (Philippines). I received a reply that said it would take a week. I read the reviews on the online shop and found that they even took the time to reply to the negative comments (I do not know anybody else that does that). The tracking system worked perfectly and the parcel arrived on April 1 in my country. It took less than a week inspite of all this madness most of us are going through. Unfortunately, I received it on the 10th of April instead of the 5th, but this was totally out of their jurisdiction. Still, it was delivered to our doorstep, I did not have to pick it up from the post office (like I did with another online store). So yes, I am impressed with Motostorm and I am currently saving up on the next items I would like to purchase from them. Keep up the good job and stay safe! Cheers!

  Hey guys, my name is Dagan. I had wanted a pair of "Five Gloves" for quite some time. I finally pulled the trigger on Monday 04/05/21 and they showed up on Thursday 04/08/21. Might not seem that amazing to some, but the detail that really makes this amazing is that I live in California. So they went from Italy to Germany and then straight to California in 3 days time.   First, I placed the order of my Shoei helmet on March 10, and it was supposed to be shipped on 20 March but nothing happened. However, I got in touch with Motostorm, and later following my numerous emails, they amended the order based on the availability on March 30, but they shipped and delivered it very fast. So, there was a bit of delay but finally i received my beautiful Shoei in a perfect packaging. good luck guys.

  The website is in my favourite bar and is easily accessible when I need to get onto Motostorm website when I need to purchase my next motorcycle items. However the delivery to a secured PO Box has been an issue due to the freight carrier not delivering to a PO Box. Other than that I'm very happy with the dealing with Motostorm for parts and pricing. That is why I keep returning to Motostorm.

  Everything as described. Ordered 9 Givi parts that were all dispatched ahead of scheduled to Australia despite the items being on backorder in Australian stores. Fast shipping to Australia at a good price. Only issue I had was that UPS believes that delivering a parcel means handing it over to Australia post. So their tracking system and phone staff kept telling me it had been signed for and delivered. So a bit stressful not know where my $850 order was. However it still came when promised just bad communication- not Motorstorms fault but something to know if ordering from Australia.

  There was a delay in the boots being in stock, but once they arrived shipping was super fast to the US. Everything arrived as advertised and the box was in great shape coming from halfway around the world. Cant wait to get out and ride now!
