  Took 4 months from order to goods being dispatched, i had to chase Motostorm constantly for updates and when finally shipped received an import bill from UPS for £50 on a £176 order. Buyer beware. Goods arriving tomorrow !!!!!!

Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We indicate this on our website and also before you confirmt he order at checkout. We are based in the European comunity. As you are from an extra Eu country yuo do not pay Vat on our website by your goverment do ask you to pay these costs when the parcel arrives to you. Its true that there was a production delay with the ordered item, we sent different emails regarding this delay.

  Super fast delivery! The item is perfect and I have a very happy son as we could not find the item for sale in the UK. We did have a small import fee to pay which was expected. However, I would not hesitate to use motostorm again and would highly recommend them.

  Unfortunately, an order is not confirmed at Motostorm, neither by email nor by displaying it in the customer account under “my orders”. It is therefore not clear when or whether the items will be available at all. Even if items are displayed with "deliverable within 24 hours" nothing happens for the next few days. It's a shame because I'm otherwise happy with the service.

  The Givi AF214 was obtained for a much better price from Motostorm than available in the USA. Even coming from Italy, I received the windscreen quicker than anticipated. This is absolutely the best windscreen available for the Hinda Silverwing.

I purchased the Leatt 7.5 Flow Tour jacket and pants and they are of exceptionally high quality with the fit exactly as per Leatt’s sizing chart. I highly recommend the Leatt suit for warm weather riding and in particular off-road adventures due to the superb airflow. I would not hesitate in purchasing from Motorstorm again in the future.

  I received my new jacket and it was the right jacket but wrong color combo, I would send it back and exchange it for the correct one but I live in the USA and with international shipping there no telling how long the process would take. So i have decided to go with the one they sent.

  I bought a motorcycle jacket for my 9 year old daughter. Trying to buy actual quality motorcycle stuff for kids is extremely hard, with it seeming like companies make race suits and boots, but not jackets, gloves, or helmets. I finally found a jacket that i deemed acceptable to protect my daughter at  motostorm. I live in the US and it was shipped from Italy, and it was stateside 3 days after i ordered it which honestly was a shock. Their email automation to inform me of what was going on was great as well. The only issue i had was that in the special notes/request section was that i specifically asked for my name, address, and billing information not to be put in the shipping invoice or on the box.  When it arrived it had my name, phone number, email address, basically everything. Aside from that they were amazing and i would order again.

  Product is good, but there are hidden shipment cost ( 42 EUR) on top on the one showed during the purchasing process. For a declared 170 EUR stuff, I totally paid 67 EUR shipping cost which is indeed too much. At the end, the tota price will be even more expensive than buying it in a shop.

  hello, thank you for this answer. Your argument is perfectly known, but it is not trasparent when buying in Motostorm, I mean BEFORE placing the order. Shipping costs should either include that fee or should be clearly mentioned that extra duty will be invoiced. Recently I bought something on Amazon, with shipping cost which includes duty fees. For a good more expensive than this, I paid less than the half of shipping costs than the ones I bared for this buying.

  I have sent 2 emails to the company since my purchase was made, both have gone unanswered since. Paid for postage through the checkout process and was then told by delivery company, UPS, that an additional$300 Australian dollars was required for the item to clear customs. This was due to an error by Motorstorm in labelling the delivery incorrectly. No response from Motorstorm at all. Very negative experience. No savings in product purchased made. Cost an extra$300 overall will never use them again..

  Unfortunately the product is not in great condition. this is not Motostorm's fault. Termignoni packed and item that honestly should never have passed their quality controls so now I am stuck trying to resolve an issues all the way from Melbourne Australia... again - this is not Motostorm's fault - this issue lies with Termignoni.... just unlucky i guess,
