  First of all.....the price for the boots I bought was The best price on the web. I paid 156 with Motostorm.it and everywhere else on thawed was 225-349 USD!!! Second and even more impressive was the speed of delivery with Fedex...From March 27th - April first from Italy to a small rural town in northern Arizona in 5 days - AWESOME. The boots shipped the same day I ordered them and it was already 5 PM in Italy when I ordered.....I will definitely shop again here!!! StyleMartin Legend EVO waterproof boots - they fit great and feel great - certainly recommend!

  This is the second item I order from Motostorm. The experience has been good and the item arrived very, very quickly. The downside is that i had to pay on delivery an additional amount besides the shipping expenses quoted by the total amount meant that is was not as good of a deal as i had hoped for. I know the site mentions that additional cost may occur but looking back, i would probably have chosen a different provider

  My item still hasn’t arrived and l bought in good faith. I also feel you should make it more clear a duty charge will be applied by the UPS the delivery company… £76 extra it cost me so the helmet as become very expensive and l still haven’t received it ….. very very disappointing

  Hello, I belive that your parcel is out for delivery today. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We state this on our website in the payments section at also at checkout.It is also stated on the confirmation email that you receive after the order has been placed.

  I ordered an Airoh helmet and it was delivered straight to Canada in 4 days. Ordered it Saturday, at my house on Wed. Incredible. Highly recommend these guys. If you can’t find what you are looking for in your own country and these guys have it, order it. My experience was perfect. If I ever need something that my country does not stock or supply I will use these guys hands down.

  I received my Smart, HJC 10 B communication system today. This was bought to install in my HJCF 70 helmets. Both items were delivered in pristine condition with no issues from Shipping. I immediately installed both devices in the helmets and follow the instructions for firmware update, pairing, and operation. Sound quality, audio and function with an iPhone is excellent, very happy so far next step is to go for a ride.

  I ordered a Araï helmet which was supposed to be in stock but it wasn't and there was a certain delay to receive it. The helmet was supposed to be shipped on the 20th of March (delayed date) but was still on hold on that date, there was no update for the delivery. I called the client service who told me there would be a further delay. The client service itself was easy to reach and helpful and they reassured me that would send it as soon as received and I could get a refund if I wanted to cancel the order. I chose to wait and the helmet arrived yesterday 26th of March via UPS. Although, the UPS delivery guy dumped the box with helmet over the gate of my house which is 2 meters high which inflicted a shock to the helmet and therefore is unusable. A complaint has been opened with UPS. This is not the fault of Motostorm but I will not trust any other delivery of a helmet by courier. If I known about the delay and the issue with UPS, I would have shopped in a local store. Lesson learned.

  Being in the U.S., I typically order my motorcycle supplies from a large, well-known website here in the States. However, the Arrow slip-on (made in Italy) I was looking to order was being sold on Motorstorm at a much lower price than anywhere in the States, and they were able to deliver it in a fraction of the time that the American suppliers could. They actually delivered the slip-on ahead of their estimate. Although Motorstorm is apparently based in Italy, when I called the U.S. number on their website, I spoke with an Italian woman who spoke perfect English. I certainly will not hesitate to order from Motostorm again in the future. Great price, excellent customer support, and very fast deliver of my order. Based on my order, definitely 5 stars!   UPS has not delivered the package to my home and is forcing me to go to an Access Point. They are not going to come at the time they have to inform. Face, I didn't send my package home. I will surely NOT buy products from the online store again because I don't have to rely on UPS... Very bad experience.

The courier only indicated was that it was impossible for them to delivery and therefore the package wad left in a Pickup point. We ship with various delivery companies, therefore if you do not wish for us to ship with UPS you can indicate it in the notes. The package is signed as delivered at the Access Point.

  Achtung , meine amerikanischen Mitburger! I ordered the held jacket and it has met my expectations. I am 6'1 weigh 200 lbs chest 42 ,I choose size 56 and is a true fit, not tight. I was very nervous to order overseas but alas it turned out well. I will shopping with them in future. God bless
