  C4ProのA.R.O.S.ストラップが外れた為に買い替えました。サイズはC4Proと同じXLです。（頭のサイズ58cm） 結論としては、以下の2点以外はC3Proの方が優れており、大変満足しています。 1）内装の質感 　→C4Proの内装はモケット調の生地で被り心地が素晴らしい。C3Proは全体的にペラペラ且つ硬質な感じ。ただし実害は無し 2）ピンロックの上縁が低いため、前傾姿勢時にピンロック外縁線が前方視界を遮る 　→前傾姿勢のバイクでなければ問題無いかもしれません 各部の操作感、剛性感、聴感上の静粛性、高速走行時の安定性、重さはC3Proの方が優秀と感じました。ベンチレーションは同等レベルで快適です。 送料や輸入消費税を含めて実売53,000円は、グラスファイバー製を考慮すればシステムヘルメットのベストバイだと思います

  My local supplier was out of stock so I ordered a new top box for my V-Strom from Motostorm, Italy. I was surprised that it arrived within a week, all the way from Italy to Canada. I was also pleased that the total cost (product, shipping and duty) ended up being less than I found locally. And the top box is perfect! Very satisfied with Motostorm and would recommend.

  Andrea was very helpful with item availability, would say this is fast enough for shipping from Italy to US, once they confirm the item availability shipping took 3days after they generated the tracking number.   Item i liked says shipped in 15 days but i ordered anyway. Made an error on shipping addres, reached out and error was quickly fixed. Tracked order and arrived here in philippines in 2 days from italy, germany and china. Item stayed longer here and courrier came but did not deliver claiming taxes has not been paid but i did in advance. Sent proof and was redelivered. Good packaging. Item is as expected.   The exhaust wasnt wxactly as pictured, i wrote an email or two describing the differances, but they didnt bother me. I am a fabricator by trade tho an was very impressed with the outside of the exhaust attentoon tobdetail an so on, this actuall regards the manufactur, Mivv, but my eye cud get past the wwld protrusions in the header flanges, and tje hole drilled for the air/fuel bung was still connected on one side, and hanging inside the head pipe. So i spent about 1.5 hours with a die grinder and various carbide an sanding tools an really smootjer out the inside of the upper header flange welds, as well as the 2 into 1 section. I do have an exceptional eye since its my trade, but i didnt wxpwct it to be as bad as it was internally from am italian company. The exhaist is ezaxtly what i wanted, and i was glad to make it flow better myself. I would purchase a mivv exhaust again, an definitely otjer parts from Motostorm so hthanks allot from vale,NC USA......

  Buy with confidence, even from the UK. I found one of the mudguards I had installed 2 years ago had cracks. Not sure how it happened, it seems to be quite strong, maybe some freak accident or someone pushing my bike. Anyway, Motorstorm replaced the item immediately, took 6 days to be delivered.   Les casques devaient être expédiés sous 5 jours. Ils l'ont été sous 10 jours. A part cela la relation avec motostorm a été parfaite et l'équipe est très réactive. Le commercial parle français ce qui est très appréciable. Le colis est bien arrivé et conforme à la commande. Entreprise sérieuse à recommander.

  Waiting time of a product was longer than expected. Try to Skype and email, the reply is also long. In Skype totally no reply until the product reached your home. Delivery charges was much more expensive compare with other online store for the same item. I am not write this to get my EUR20.00 award. Product arrived in good conditions.

  Delivery had an extra £15 to pay the courier that they did not cover. Having paid £16 for delivery. Hidden charges. Bad customer service. Didn't ensure the item was delivered. Didn't offer any solution to making sure I received my item. Very bad experience, would not recommend from the uk

  Hello, on our website we indicate that customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. This comunication is also printed on the confirmation email that you receive after the order has been placed. Motostorm are not responsibile for these costs. As you country is outside of the European community you have not be charged Vat on the goods that have been purchased from Motostorm. It is normal however that customs in your country asks you to pay these fees. You have been contacted by customer service and we have explained this to you. We also provided indications on how pay the fees and recieve your parcel.

  I’ve generally had good luck with Motostorm, but this order was particularly frustrating. It took over a month to receive an order and I was only updated with progress of my order after I reached out for a refund. The mivv exhaust came rather quickly once I made contact, but a month of riding season had already passed. Better communication about delays would be appreciated

  Hello, we are aorry you are not satisfied with your purchase. The order was placed on September the 2nd and the item was not in stock, shipment was programmed for the 12th. With items that are not in stock we indicate an estimate shipping date based on what manufacturers indicate to us - this can change due to production, shipping or any other event that may occur during process from producers. We shipped on September the 26th once the item arrived from the manufacturer.   Bon emballage et bonne livraison. Sur le site j’ai commandé 1 fixation Shad YAMAHA XSR 125 (2021-2023). Sur la notice ça concernait une une fixation pour une Yamaha XSR 125 de 2019-2021. Ce qui m’oblige a découper le cache du garde boue arrière pour cacher la plaque métallique et pour protéger le câblage éléctrique … Dommage.

  I ordered the Zard Italian made slip on exhaust pipes for a 2015 Triumph Bonneville SE (Newchurch edition). Although these were probably a little more expensive than the Norman Hyde pipes might have been, the price was close enough to take a chance. There are virtually no available online customer reviews of these Zard pipes for the Bonneville. I am completely happy and satisfied with Motostorm as the vendor/seller. Easy ordering, prompt shipment and excellent packaging to the US. The pipes themselves will get a more complete review on the Triumph owner site--they were not perfect, but with the "baffles" removed the sound is just glorious--very much like the restored 1971 Norton 750 Commando I owned for many years. I would gladly order product from Motostorm again.
