  Everything is fine! I ordered Akrapovic full exhaust system for my Suzuki GSX-8S, order was made 9-10-2023, at the bottom portion of listed item was notification that shipping process takes around 15 days, and exactly 9-26-2023 my order was shipped. After 3 days I got my package here in the US. I would recommend this shop to my closest friends.

  In 2023 you expect to have the invoice downloadable from the user account, as everything is digital. Let's say your website is not up to date, but then, when a client asks for the invoice to be sent by email, AT LEAST do that. Super disappointed. There are tones of other moto online shops to buy from.

  I searched over a dozen online vendors here in the US and nobody had a size large Leatt chest protector. The only way you can get one was to order the entire upper body suit which came as a set. I was hesitant to place an international order but Motostorm had the product in stock and shipped it within less than a week. The shopping experience and shipping times were outstanding and I would definitely purcahse from them again no problem.

  Extremely happy with my order. I ordered a Schuberth C3 Pro helmet without the huge markup of US retailers and received the helmet less than a week later through UPS. Personally, I didn't have an issue with my order, but could imagine that international returns could be a challenge, so do your research before buying.

  I am extremely impressed with the shipping time. If it truly did come from Italy this fast that is very impressive. For the actual boot itself, the plastic on the sides seems to be a bit cheap, and the sizing is a bit tight. I have a bit of a bigger foot base so i should have gone one size up.

  We came along from a Long trip from Malta and we had a late Delivery of our renting Car. We arrived @1.10am and the Shop was Closed and there was someone inside and in short words he let us in to Buy what we went for. VERY HELPFUL.We had to buy the thing and we had to leave the Place, there was many items to see of my interest but I decided to Leave as we were not in the correct time but HE Instead to stay and have a Look.   The website came up in an online search for the item I wanted to purchase at a good price. As everything was in English, at a glance, there was no indication the store was in Italy. Shipping fees were said to be £16, however there was no mention I would have to pay £60 import duty to receive the item until it was already being delivered. I contacted Motorstorm about this and my emails were ignored.

The website is called "motostorm.it" where ".it" stands for Italy just like ".uk" stands for United Kingdom and so on - so we assume the customers understand where we are located. As for the import duties, we also indicate the following both in the website and in the confirmation email the Customer receives once an order is placed in our website: "Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery." The UK has been out of the European Community for three - almost four - years now and Customs charges are requested since then.

  Good website and found what I needed quickly. A slight problem with delivery but not Motostorms fault. Was supposed to be delivered by UPS. Received confirmation from UPS but then they cancelled the delivery. No reason given. I contacted MotoStorm and got a quick reply. Eventually delivered by GLS who kept me well informed of delivery. Wrote to UPS...no reply. Five stars for MotoStorm and GLS. Zero for UPS.

  Prices are good, somewhat good communication, however the shipping time is way too long, how hard is it to box up the product and send it out the process shouldn’t take 2 weeks. it finally did arrive and in perfect condition considering that it came from Italy.   Motostorm was the one place that had all of the items I wanted. I could have ordered from different online stores, but I would have had to use more than one. Additionally, Motostorm had the lowest prices, even after shipping costs. The things I ordered were packed well and came to me undamaged and in the timeframe that they said it would.   It was my first experiment to buy some motorcycle goods from overseas. Obvious anxiety was there whether it's genuine or fake copy scam, arrive in time or and so on. Customer support's prompt response to my inquiry was a good indicator and the shipment was out quickly enough and received a package in good condition sooner than expected.
