  The Givi windscreen is a fantastic piece. Fitment on the KTM 390 Adventure is spot on. Packaging was perfect. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was communication. I placed the order and waited. No email saying orders take 3 days to process, A follow up saying order has been shipped on carrier xyz. I will order from them again when the time comes. I only hope they update their communication skills.

  Exactly what I ordered, fit perfectly. Packaged was undamaged, and came insanely fast. I live in canada it took 7 total days to come I was extremely surprised. They shaped it the day after i placed the order.

  Nous sommes désolés si vous n'etes pas satisfaits par la livraison. La commande a ètè placée le 26 aout pour un article indiqué avec expédition le 30 aout, mais nous l'avons expédié déjà le 28. La livraison en Suisse a eu lieu le 31 aout, soit 3 jours plus tard. Les expéditions pour la Suisse, comme le prévoient les autorités Suisses, doivent passer par la douane Suisse pour dédouanement, puisque le colis arrive de l'Union Européenne. La facture est ensuite remise au destinataire à travers le transporteur. Les couts sont fixés par la douane Suisse nous n'avons pas d'autorité en la matière.

  Ordering was easy. Received product in a timely manner. The only issue I have is return process. Trying to figure out how you get a return label so as to send it back. The policy says that they will take the return fees out of what you get back, which I am fine with but then they just give you a return address in Italy and no explanation of a return label needed for UPS.

  I was skeptical ordering from Italy - from the USA. I also ordered when they were closed for a break. But, it shipped on the day they would, tracking # worked through the journey and I received it in perfect condition - and quicker than some order I have placed within the country. I have found my vendor of choice to order from Europe!

  This is very unfortunate because delivery date was ok but the shipping company sub contractors were terrible, although I didn’t even touch the parcel it was crushed ripped and looked damaged beyond repair and I have photographic evedance to prove. So unfortunately I need comms kit for my business and this has delayed progress so I have had to order locally to get my comms kit .

  Ich habe bei Mtostorm einen Suspention-Lösung für mein Motorrad gekauft. Der Preis war super günstig und die Lieferung extrem schnell und problemlos. Für mich nur leider zu schnell...Ich habe eine Anfrage an Motorstorm geschickt bezüglich Federstärke und mein Fahrersetup. Doch es kam leider nie eine Antwort...dafür aber das Paket. Letzten Endes mußte ich mir zusätzlich eine neue Feder kaufen, da die geschickte für mich unbrauchbar war...Feder plus Umbaukosten machten den Preisvorteil mehr als weg...Von daher ärgere ich mich am meisten über mich selbst, daß ich auf den "Sonderpreis" reingefallen bin...

  Bit disappointed with the delivery of ty Bike Mover, first parcel arrived with half the parts missing, so I raised a complaint with Motostrom's UK team, no response to date. But in the meantime, the rest of the parts arrived a week later, better communication would have dealt with the frustrations I had. Bike mover is of ok quality, but the handle is a tad flimsy, there's no way I can move my V Strom 650 with just the supplied handle.

  Still to receive item, was a bit surprised there was no mention of import duty at time of purchase I did expect it however I am sure many are fought out since we arrived in the sunlit uplands of brexit
