  Bonjour, Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous ne soyez pas satisfait de votre expérience. Lorsque vous avez passé la commande sur notre site, il était clairement indiqué que l'expédition était prévue pour le 09 août car le produit n'était pas disponible en stock. Nous avons expédié le 11 août et répondu le jour même où vous vous êtes renseigné sur votre commande. Malheureusement, étant donné que nous sommes en août et que de nombreuses entreprises ferment pour les vacances d'été, nous avons fait de notre mieux pour expédier à temps et nous avons eu deux jours de retard par rapport à ce qui vous avait été communiqué le jour même où vous avez passé votre commande.

  I ordered 2 helmets and they emailed me and said they only had one available and that the second one wouldn’t be shipped for 2 months. I figured they would give me my money back, but they said I could change helmets or wait until September 30th. I have emailed 4 times because I was going to just get a different helmet but I don’t get any response. I received the first helmet and im very happy with it. I have tried to even get a different size in the helmet but don’t get any response

  Federal charges are being filed because of the failure of “Truth in Advertising” on your part. Your website is confusing and misleading to the average person. On your website, the picture that you have displayed for the item, I purchased shows the top case. You have to look at the picture hard in order to see the mounting bracket. Truth in advertising would dictate that you show a picture of the mounting bracket without anything else. Other companies and other websites selll the case as a GIVI SR-19. Go to your computer, and use Microsoft Edge. Type in the search bar GIVI SR-19 and you will see multiple pictures of the case that I attempted to buy from you.

  I already have the mounting bracket, what I was wanting to buy was the case. Why in the world would I need another mounting bracket for. Your website is very misleading and deceptive, and goes against the federal guidelines of truth in advertising. Federal charges will be filed, but you can avoid this by offering me a one time only free return shipping label.

I Purchased SHOEI NXR2 helmet (white) would have loved to purchase helmet with an Italian flag decal ,(Shoei Nxr 2 Nocturne Tc4) but the import cost would have been much higher. made my purchase from India. the delivery time is fast. the product got delivered within 5 days, once shipped. parcel reached reached India within 2days from shipping FedEx Courier was used Delhivery Courier does the final delivery within india. I did contact Motostorm customer team, they were helpful with the queries. I would suggest that one check if product is in stock, your looking for urgent delivery. else 7days buffer time is taken for shipping. for Indian customers Credit cards is must for purchase. FedEx charges additional Rs850 for custom clearance charge which is cheaper than DHL.

I appreciate customer service was responsive and confirmed that my correspondence was received. The boots were ordered on Thursday, the 3rd of Aug and I received the order on Monday, 7th of Aug.   I purchased the item from them instead of through the manufacture because they claimed it was in stock. I’m guessing it was not, took a month before it shipped. Once shipped it was surprisingly fast. I understand that sometimes things are beyond your control, but a simple email would’ve gotten you the fifth star. Other than that, I’m very happy with the overall experience & looking forward to doing more business with you. Site is fantastic, prices are great & shipping is like a sore dick…just unbeatable. I will share my experience with friends and family or anyone looking to save on motorcycle gear, I will caution them about the possible lag time though.

  I'd not heard of Motostorm but found them on the web, stocking the particular item I'd been unable to locate elsewhere. Using their website was easy, and my goods arrived promptly, well packaged, and at reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

  As an American customer the prices are excellent and the shipping took only about 10 days. My only frustration was payment options were a little limited I was finely able to use PayPal as a “guest”, which worked fine. Otherwise it’s all good.

  No response UNTIL I asked for a refund, then after 2 weeks of no updates, no shipping, no response all of the sudden I get a response in a minute…. I asked for a refund based on the information above, the item had not been shipped, and no responses to my email requests as to an update what the status was, then I asked for a refund, and all the sudden they’re claiming that the item shipped that morning… all someone had to do was just let me know that there was a delay, all Summer had to do was just respond to an email with an update. All of this could’ve been avoided… Even if they end up sending the item which I have no idea if that’s actually going to happen or not the reason I would never use this company again is because they ignored my situation until I requested a refund at which point I was told that I could pay them for an item I never received, in order to receive the refund based on their “policy”… So you don’t send the item and then I have to pay a percentage to get a refund, sure that seems fair and above board… Terrible experience, your mileage may differ, but be warned.

  Hello, we are sorry you are not satisfied with our service. The review is quite misleading, you placed the order on July the 18th and shipment was programmed for the 25th, as there was a slight delay with arrival of the product we shipped on the 28th with Fedex Priority and sent you a confirmation email with tracking information. We responded to the email you sent requesting information about your order on July the 27th, the next day also indicating the order was shipped. On Sunday the 30th - when the office is closed - you requested a refund as you claimed Fedex told you they did not have the package. When we responded back on Tusday the 1st in the morning - with a day of delay just the time to catch up with all the emails from the weekend - we indicated that and immediate refund was not possible as the package was already on its way to you and we also indicated that delivery was programmed for the following day - August the 2nd - as it was Priority. We also told you that you could return the package once delivered and we will then proceed with refund according to our Return Policy. As you can see following the supplied tracking link, the package arrived today and it will be delivered when we told you it would.

  The price you pay can easilly exceed UK prices. Yes, they tell you UK custom charges apply, but not how much. It exceeds VAT for sure. You are also not told that 'brokerage' charges apply which are added to the custom charges.. The postage was c23 euros on what was a realatibely small pachage which again, was not declared at point of sale (only that postage applies) And finally, your parcel gets held up until you manage to be in upon delivery with unhelpful communication from the courier. All in all, not what I expected.

  They failed to show the item I ordered was out of stock on their site, and after accepting the order and processessing payment. It was only after several attempts to contact them that I received a response telling me the item was backordered and delayed. It's been almost a month since I placed my order, and I still don't have the item, but they made sure they had my money immediately. I will never order from this place again.

  Hello, on our website we indicate whether or not a product is in stock. If a product is in stock we indicate shipment in 24 hours typed in green. This means that the product can be shipped within this time span. Otherwise we indicate the amount of business days that we need to order the product from our suppliers. In your case unfortunately there was a production delay, our apologies for this. As you know the product was shipped last week and will be delivered to your house today.
