  My Motostorm shopping experience was surprisingly positive experience. I am amazed how easy it was to shop an Italian company from the USA for my Schuberth E1 Adventure helmet.   It took quite a while to arrive but that is due to extremely high demand and limited manufacturing. Bagster makes a quality product and they don't just stamp them out every 7 seconds, quality takes time. I will definitely be using Motostorm again. Communication could be better. Emailed with a question and never heard back.

  Very bad. I made an order paid in full, they sent the item and when it was nearly delivered to me they told me there was a change to my order. They wanted to add a third more to the cost for import duties. Cancelled the order and told them I would not have ordered if they had told me before hand. It took well over a month to get my money back and they had the cheek to charge me for the returned item. Do not buy from this conning company unless you live in Italy.

  Hello, as comunicated by email, customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. You are based in the Uk. You d not pay Vat on our website but you are asked to pay these costs by customs when clearance is processed. We indicate this on our website and also in the confirmation email that you recieve when you register an order. The goods were returned to motostorm after you refused to receive your parcel. It has taken a considerable length of time becasue the parcel had to undergo customs clearance two times.

  I ordered a helmet which I have to send back due to the double d ring closure. I contacted Motostorm several time via email for the return procedure, no reaction. The company is not serious, I strongly recommend to seek for other motorbike gear supplier. Never again.

  Online purchasing was easy to use. But stock holding status is not accurate. An item they stated was in stock, actually wasn't and I had to wait an additional 4 weeks for the item. I would've purchased the item elsewhere if I knew that in the first place. Other than that, the item finally arrived and was package very well.

  Communication with Motostorm took time (2-3 days), and could be better. It's best to send multiple messages through Instagram, Email, or Facebook to reach them. I would contact them to see if the item is in stock first, and make sure fitment will be correct. Fast shipping. Received my item in 4 days from Italy to the US west coast. Would buy from them again. But overall great shopping experience.

  I now order fairly routinely from Motostorm.it from here in the United States. All things considered, the overall pricing is lower on many products than over here; and the shipping, while fairly expensive, is very fast and still does not cause the overall price/value to drop. Of course, I use other retailers here; but now I always check against the Motostorm.it price. It just makes sense.

  The Dainese gloves I ordered were the genuine article, and as usual, well made. I thought the shipping charges were a little too high, but even with them included, the price was still cheaper than in the USA. Shipping was also a bit delayed for some reason, and this was disconcerting considering the money required to deliver the gloves. I thought the delivery time should have been shorter.

  I live in the states, I placed an order for an Arrow slip on late on a Friday evening a few weeks ago. It was delivered to me by Thursday by noon the following week. Seriously impressed, not to mention it was $100 less than the cheapest price I could get it for here. They get my vote for sure.

I could have put 5 stars if I was more reassured for the delivery. I can understand that during the summer sales, delivery dates are postponed but it lacks communication.   Would just like a confirmation email or something to let me know that it was approved I was sitting around for a week worrying something has gone wrong and I’ve just lost money if that makes sense I did get something the day it was set up to be delivered but as someone who hasn’t used ur website before was just abit worried other than that all good
