  Happy with your service, but you should change your delivery company , they cannot give a time for the delivery , so you need to wait at home until your delivery arrives , and if you are not at home you must wait all often next day or spend Lauf an hour on the phone to UPS to change everything to a pick up point . Waist of time !! Sorry but in the future I will orderfrom a different business

  I ordered a helmet in large because the medium I ordered elsewhere was to small - upon receiving the Large helmet from Motostorm it was smaller than the medium I have. Also the add was miss leading as in the description it said with ProTint visor however when it showed up it did not have the protint visor

  Worst customer service I've experienced in a while. The don't respond to emails. At. All. I requested a size change to their customer service email within 5 minutes of placing my order- no response. Got a shipping notification the next day, sent a follow up email asking if they'd received my change request- no response. My vest shows up (in the wrong size I didn't want) not in the packaging with the original box crushed on top. Sent them a third email asking about the exchange process- no response. This place has all the feeling of a scam, I definitely wouldn't do business with them again.

  Highly recommend! Didn't have a single issue with anything, and shipping was fast- about a week to get to Australia! I'd been searching for this particular helmet for a little while (limited edition, not a lot of stock), not only did they have it in stock, in my size, but also MUCH cheaper than any of the Australian sites. Will shop here again!

  J’ai du payer 31.10 de frais de douane 25 euro pour renvoyer le colis depuis la France car votre magasin refuse de communiquer son numéro de TVA pour renvoyer le produit en Italie. UPS n’as pas pu faire la prise en charge et j’ai renvoyé le colis à mes frais depuis la France car on n’as pas voulu me donner un numéro gratuit de retour alors qu’il est bien inscrit que c’est gratuit sur votre site depuis la France. Service médiocre et plus que déçu entre les frais de douane et le retour cela me coûte aussi cher que la pièce cela s’appelle du vol.

  Great product offerings and reasonably priced, even when considering the shipping from Italy to the Western United States. Processing the order took about a week, but shipping only took a few days. Everything was there (Givi mounting system, Top case, and back rest pad) and in good shape, with the exception the mounting system, which was a little scratched up due to the shipping.

Saved a lot of money on purchase from Motostorm as opposed to buying in the UK, although beware of import taxes when buying from abroad, sometimes you get them, sometimes you dont.   This is an exceptional company, I placed my order for a Schuberth C5 Carbon and received it in just over a week. Considering I live in the UK and Motostorm are in beautiful Italy. I think this is great service. All I'd say is, I was a little surprised by my import duty to be paid. I thought it was covered in the shipping price. But this is my error. Packaging was excellent and my rather expensive helmet arrived in perfect condition. I will certainly be ordering more equipment from Motostorm. Thank you.

  hello, I ordered an airoh pad for my gp500 from the motostorm site last week. I made the purchase without reading the website reviews beforehand. But as soon as I finalized the purchase I decided to investigate. At first I was scared due to the negative reviews of the site. The next day I called there where I was greeted by an employee named Carol. Carol was super friendly and attentive and said that the helmet part would be ordered directly from the Airoh factory and that it would be sent as soon as possible. I explained that I didn't live in mainland Portugal but on the islands, to which she replied that it wouldn't be a problem. It was the best shopping site I have ever experienced. Best customer service I've had. I have to thank Carol for her friendliness and prompt response. Thank you all so much you have a customer for life.

  tout est ok côté délai et produit en revanche la livraison était désastreuse. UPS indique que personne n'est présent lors de la livraison ce qui est totalement faux. Conséquence il faut se rendre dans un point relais ce que je souhaitais éviter

  I wish I could review this product fully..I twisted my knee and haven't been able to go riding. However out of the box they are extremely comfortable, high quality buckles, and seem built to last.

  I have been using Motostorm since 2015 when I was riding street bikes. I bought all my riding gear, for years from them. I feel I am talking to people rather than an online store, people who actually care, this trust was developed over many experiences. Although I live out of the EU and its difficult to make returns for me, I still choose them for all my bike gear needs.
