  this is the most painful process i have ever been through to get an item, it is back and forth with emails just trying to send the receipt to UPS just so they can send my item even though i have already paid for shipping, i am worried this is a scam and i have spent $2000 just on the helmet😡

  I ordered this product not knowing this company was located in Italy. After purchasing it I was totally freaked out that I would not get my product. But the product came in 4 days and in perfect condition! I'm convinced that I got the product faster from you guys in Italy than I would have got it from a company within the United States.   I live in Canada and I recieved my order within 5 days of the purchase date. Following up the order during the transit was easy due to the wise choice of the carrier (UPS) who contacted my via email and by phone (automated call) to notify me about the custom fees I had to pay... which I did online to facilitate things. Everything was recieved in excellent condition.

I brought a pair of Italian shoes paid the price and they were delivered with no one banging on my door for £50. What nonsense this is.
