  I just received a HJC RPHA 90S modular hemet today and I'm very pleased with it! I shopped for a month and Motostorm beat prices here in the U.S. by 200 dollars! if you can wait for overseas shipping, Motostorm is hard to beat, believe me, I'll be buying more from them.

  Was worried about size, I'm in California and didn't want to have to return them. Another review said buy your normal size. I agree, I normally fit a 10.5 or 45. That is what I ordered in black and they fit great. If I had used the USA dealer I would have had to choose between 10 and 11. Buy the size that normally feels good to you.

  My experience was flawless, the shop sent my order at the same day with UPS. The only thing that wasn't perfect - I didn't realise that I am ordering from Italy, nobody reminded me about customs fee, so when the order arrived, I had to pay about $100 more, and I wasn't happy about it.

  Hello, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. As the Uk is no longer part of the European community you do not pay Vat when purchasing form Motostorm. However you willbe charged customs duties when the parcel arrives to the Uk. We state this one our website and also on the confirmation email that you receive after you place the order.

  Ordered a pair of Gearne SG12 boots from the US and just got them today, should have came 3 days ago, but due to a winter storm, it was delayed, so haven't minded at all. It still came way earlier than I thought and am Extremely happy with the purchaee. I would give Motostorm 10/10 if I could and will definitely do business with them again and tell everyone about them who wants gear. Thank you Motostorm!!

  Purchased for delivery in the uk, p&p was high, so presumed that would cover all delivery charges - it never. I've now received a import fee from UPS. The site doesn't make this clear, yes you can find the information out as I found out afterwards, but only after searching. Should be clearer.. Why the expensive p&p if this doesn't cover the full cost of delivery? Emailed customer service, who in fairness replied swiftly, yet with quite a pedantic reply. Won't be purchasing here again.

  These guys are great, I've made a few purchases with Motostorm, some have gone super smooth, with the goods being received half-way around the world within days... my latest order not so quick, more as a result of supplier delays than delays by Motostorm. Motostorm gave me the option of an alternate helmet or waiting for them to restock.. the restock was a 12 week wait but I wanted what I wanted and was prepared to wait... the good part about this story is that after 12 weeks Motostorm were straight onto dispatching the goods once they were in... no chasing them up because your back-order has been overlooked. Once dispatched the goods were received a few days later. A 5 Star rating for brand selection, price & service.

  For being overseas for me. Motostorm has a fast shipping and handling service. I'm pleased to get my slip on muffler in a short amount of time. Slip on seems to be of great quality and has a nice tone. Nothing absurd with volume.

  I installed it on the thruxton RS immediately, but I was able to install it without interfering with the exhaust pipe without a stay. The drawback I felt a little is that it is easier to use if the direction of the side pocket zipper is reversed, and the front pocket zipper interferes a little with the closure strap. Shipping after ordering was quick, and UPS was able to check the status in detail, which was reassuring.
