  Way better than I could have ever hoped for!! Website was clean and easy to navigate, great photos of products. Makes me want to shop no issues. Shipping was incredibly fast I’m in middle USA and got the product in less than a week! Helmet was packaged great and in perfect condition was exactly what I ordered and then some. And finally the BEST pricing. Got a Simpson Darksome carbon and every where else was way more expensive. Will be buying again from Motostorm. I don’t even write reviews but they definitely deserved this one. 5 Stars!

  Australia had no supplies so great that I could buy from Italy. Price including postage was cheaper that Australia only problem there was a few scratches on bracket which you can’t see but will it deteriorated and cause problems later. Delivery time was fabulous! Bracket was a nightmare to fit, should have been a 1/2 hour job just seemed to be out by 1/2 inch taking 4 hours to fit, it should not have been that hard so this is a Givi issue not Motostorm.

  I found that Motostorm was the only supplier that sold a seat to fit my motorcycle. I placed my order and they kept in update on status... shipping was unbelievable fast. seat came as described, this seat is well made and very comfortable for a 2022 SV650.   Grate site and good service and prices. The only problem is the only shipping option is by fedex and not the economy fedex option. I had to pay fedex for customs release in my country and, all in all made my purchase about 25 percent more expansive. So I will use motostorm only when I want qick delivery.

  Transaction was fine however the packaging job was simply terrible! They took a $300 thin gauge metal exhaust pipe and just threw it in a box where it could slam around and get damaged. It shipped from across the country. Luckily it didn’t damaged too badly but the ends did.

  The speed and quality of service is first class. However bear in mind the extortionate tax and import price to be added if you are and international customer. I had the shock of another 40% of the total price added on. Whilst clearly an excellent company, these additions may prevent further purchases.
