  Product was as described. Came with ok instructions. Took over a month to deliver tho. And communication was a little slow. The foam that was suppose to protect the exhaust was damaged but the exhaust looked fine.

  I was looking for a good helmet to match my 2016 Victory Cross Country Tour in pearl white and gray. I decided on the HJC-C91 Prod Modular Helmet Grey/White. I loved the look and colors. Many online sellers had it, but Motostorm had the best price when I combined purchase and shipping. I received it and was very pleased with the fit and finish.   The helmet was sent promptly, but they sent the incorrect size and color of helmet. I sent them the information requested of the incorrect helmet sent and the item I requested. Have not received any further update to when I will get the correct helmet and a return label for the incorrect helmet. Still awaiting status.

  Shocking service followed by even worse customer service especially by the customer service manager Andrea Lenihan who is abusive and disrespectful. Still awaiting a refund and just receive lies when I do finally get a reply. Had to get my bank involved to try and get a refund now. Hidden charges for international customers by their chosen delivery provider and when I didn’t accept the charge I was told by the manager “ooh you can count” “you’re the only English person to moan” followed by when I said don’t speak to me like that she replied “don’t worry I won’t” and ended the call. After calling back I was told she is unavailable and I couldn’t speak to anyone else. Absolute shocking customer service manager who is giving Motostorm a very bad name.

  Exhaust is amazing! However, instructions on how to install could be improved. Label the parts in the diagram clearly. The holes on the bracket included doesn't align so I was only able to use 1 hole. I'm also missing 1 rubber protector for the springs. But everything else, it's pretty good.

  I wrote two emails asking questions before placing an order which were not responded. Prices are generally higher than their competition and only practical with web price matching or discount coupons. Shipping is very efficient and quick and the store offers a variety of excellent brands, but general customer service is utter rubbish.

  I found there website great and easy to order the product I wanted. They always kept me informed through every aspect and accurate right up to the delivery point. I will be using them again. 1st class service.

  It had a good price. To good to be true. Have been waiting more than a month and if it wasent because I asked they would never tell me that the item was not in stock. I’m out of the country to see if what I orderd arrived.
