  Motostorm had a Sena product that I could not find from a state-side source. The price and shipping cost were very reasonable so I took a chance and it proved a good choice. The product was here within a few days. I’ll put Motostorm on my vendors of choice list for future purchases.

  While it's not their fault the product didn't arrive to them to ship out, their communication was horrible. Zero notifications about delays and when I outreached no response, at all, until a week had passed and I'd sent multiple emails.

  The advert states, 'ships in 6 days' so I presumed they had the muffler in stock, days later I rang to find they had none and were waiting for supply from Arrow, fast delivery was a main reason I purchased through them, I was offered a refund but decided to wait, as there was no E.T.A. available from local importers. About 7 days before delivery I was emailed by FedEx wanting proof that the package did not contain asbestos before it would be allowed into Australia? Motostorm were very helpful and quickly sent me a declaration, my main concern with the order was that 5 days before delivery I was told I had to pay Entry fee, duty and GST totalling $244 on top of the purchase price? I would have liked to know these charges could apply at the time of purchase, maybe a warning for overseas buyers like myself in the advert, I would have checked the details, I have bought on line from overseas in the past and the advertised purchase price is all I have ever paid. To be honest, it was still cheaper than buying it in Australia, parcel arrived yesterday and I am happy with it and the service I received from motostorm, I will check for hidden charges in future

  Fox CELZ LIMITED EDITION helmets are not sold in Japan yet, so I thought I would regret it if I missed the opportunity to buy them. It coordinated with jersey and pants to become a black Spider-Man.That's cool!

  Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Motostrom does not state that these extra costs are included in the shipping fee charged when placing your order.

  The item I ordered was listed available on the website but that was false. I would not have placed the order if the item wasn’t available because I needed it right away. It took weeks to get my order because they had to request it from the manufacturer. Motostorm would never tell me when It would be shipped. I don’t recommend purchasing from this site.

  I received a tomtom for motorbikes via UPS. I tried it out and found out that brightness of the device is not better than any mobile. Hope for increased brightness was the main purchase reason.I informed that I want to return the tomtom. Mototorm sent me telephone reference for pick up service with Fedex in Germany. The order was delivered to Spain. At the end I am confused whether to contact locally UPS o Fedex being the return documentation for Fedex. I think in handling these returns there isroom for improvement.

  I was a little skeptical at first due to the fact that I was ordering this for overseas and it was stiffly cheaper than the US products. I did reviews on the company and liked when I read. My other concerns were shipping time, I was surprised around four days later when my package was at my door. Perfect condition. Extremely happy and impressed.

  Hi, we have shipped your order with Fedex on the 15th, you have received the tracking by email. As published on our website to Thailand it can take up to 7 days for the package to reach you. Checking the tracking of the shipment, I can see a delay caused by customs but the delivery should take place soon. we are sorry if the lead time is longer than planned.

  The overall experience was great. Easy to order the muffler and it shipped so fast considering it came from Italy to Canada! Other places for the same muffler were taking as long as 8 weeks to get this very muffler that I recieved in 10 days. I was skeptical at first on buying from an over seas company, but everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with everything to do with this purchase. Id definitely buy more gear from motostorm in the future.

  I am in the USA. Midwest. I placed an order on Tuesday 7/12.The label was created seemingly immediately and the item was received by UPS that same day. It was set to arive on 7/15 Friday but a mechanical failure delayed it until today Monday 7/18. The item actually arrived close to my hame that friday morning but the delivery truck broke down. Despite the delay (not motostorm's fault) , this was light speed shipping. I expected a package from europe to take 2 weeks and these guys delivered in 3 days (minus the UPS caused dely)! Bravo and thanks again. The product is great and I will buy again!
