  This time I purchased an extended fender and a Rizoma mirror. Good thing it arrived a little earlier than expected. However, the extended fender bag was torn, and the push rivets that should have been there were missing. This was my first experience and it was disappointing. In japanese.... エクステンドフェンダーとリゾマのミラーを購入。当初予定より若干早く届いた点は良かったが、エクステンドフェンダーの袋が破けており、在るはずのプッシュリベットがなくなっていた。この様なことは初めてだった。 ただこのようなことがあっても、また通関費？（荷受け時にヤマトに支払う、今回は二千円程）を払っても日本の店で買うより安いのでお勧めです。

  I ordered Forma Enduro boots only to find out they were discontinued and out of stock about a week after my order was placed. I was contacted by Carol and offered a refund or a change of product. I opted to get the newest version of the Forma Enduro boots. 2 weeks later the boots shipped from Italy to the my house in the USA via UPS . It took 4 weeks to get the boots from initial ordering. Price was good , product was great , I will purchase again from MotoStorm . 4 stars because of shipping delay/product unavailable. I'm still satisfied with how things turned out. If you are in a hurry purchase locally. Fortunately I wasn't in a hurry. Motostorm is great, thanks 👍🏻

  The delivery was super fast. Basically the store shipped on the same day. 3 days to get it in Malaysia. Wow. I had some bureaucratic obstacles with customs but it’s not the Motostorm related in any ways.

  Hi , I ordered puig windshield for my yamaha mt 09 for almost 200 euro. I asked the seller to put lower price for that windshield for customs reasons. At the end I got delay on the package plus I've been asked to pay extra of 125 euro to Fedex to release the package from customs or whenever it was hold. I ended up paying 325 euro for that windshield. Very bad and poor customer servies, they even didn't respond to my request. Will never order from them again. Very disappointed.

Excellent and prompt seller response on product inquiries, well packaged and shipped immediately. Prompt delivery by UPS with blow by blow tracking during transit. Pleasantly surprised the parcel arrived in great pristine condition and in less than a week's time. Planning to give it as a Birthday Present and it's great to have it way, way ahead of time... itching to give it already even before the birthdate so that the intended recipient can already get to use this to protect his/her most valuable asset... that grey matter on his/her head....

  Product is excellent but there was an issue with shipping through UPS. I received very little info from UPS regarding my package and then I was hit with a £51 import tax duty on top of the £200 I’d already paid for the helmet, payable to UPS with, as previously mentioned, very little info on how to do this. A lot of internet searching and phone calls to rectify.

  Goods arrived in okay condition but even the wrapping was good the transport caused holes in the carton and the metal rack coating could have been damaged. The product could have longer bolts in two cases for better installation, but that’s nothing to blame Motostorm for. The delivery was some day later then expected, but even here not Motostorms fault. I would order again.

Sul sito e nella mail di conferma ordine che ha ricevuto abbiamo confermato la spedizione come prevista per il 28 Lglio, giorno in cui abbiamo poi effettivamente spedito. È possibile verificare i prodotti disponibili in magazzino direttamente dal sito poiché contrassegnati con "In magazzino - spedizione in 24 ore" tutti gli altri hanno date indicative per la spedizione.

  I’m not the type to leave a review, but I’m really impressed with ordering a givi top case from overseas and it arrived in a week instead of other motorcycle items from other overseas companies in the same area that I haven’t received in 3 weeks and give me tracking for fed ex in their language. Don’t know if I should track items for fear of making a mistake and deleting the order.

  I’ve used motostorm.it twice now. When you factor in their overseas postage to Australia, their total prices weren’t cheap, but for hard to find stock items, together with their good delivery with excellent online parcel tracking, I would be happy to buy through them again.
