  I did ordered from Motostorm few times and they are very effective in processing the orders and shipping them. However I would give them 5 stars if they would have more accurate timeframe of products availability. I had to cancel couple of orders because the timeframe of availability was longer than started.

  Very impressed with the quality, value and utility of the Enduristan Monsoon 3 panniers. Order delivery to the US was impressively fast and at a reasonable cost. Motostrom prices are extremely competitive and I saved significantly buying from them vs a US supplier.

  Ordered Thursday night, was on my doorstep Monday afternoon- to the USA -i absolutely could not believe it. On top of that it was $40 cheaper than the same product on US bike gear websites and that includes shipping! Product was well packaged and exactly what I ordered.   I purchased an XL size helmet and received a helmet the barely fits my wife who wears a Small. I have a 59cm head circumference, so according to MotoStroms description, the helmet I was purchasing should have been on the big side. I live in the US, so it will cost me $150 to ship back, after already spending $30 to get here. I’m disappointed that the helmet was mid labeled. Will never by from this site again. Big waste of money

Within 30 days of receipt of goods you must login to your order list and fill out the return form. All return shipping charges are your responsibility. You will get your refund with the same payment method used for your order in about 1-2 weeks from reception. You can also use the postal service for your return, it is less expensive.

There was no sizing anywhere on the helmet, except for a sticker on the back. It is your company’s issue, but you will not cover shipping which is $150 to send back on a $280 helmet. UPS wuoted me $450 to shop back.

  Ordered my 2nd set of Held gloves as a back up pair because of the price. Even shipping to US, final cost was 50 to 60 dollars less than most US retailers. Cheaper retailers had nothing in stock so price was irrelevant. I will continue to shop Motorstorm from half way around the world. Nuff said.

  Communication is an issue with these people. It was very difficult to get a straight answer and took many emails before getting a still unclear answer. Shipping was SLOW. And it wasn't because of logistics. I'm pretty sure that they didn't even order it from the factory until I emailed 2 weeks after I ordered and paid for it. It then took another week to get to them then 3 more weeks to get to me once shipped from them. Will NOT be ordering from these people again.

  I received good service from Motostrorm. They were fast and fair in there pricing, However the product that they sold was junk, to be clear I don't believe Motostrorm made the product that I bought they are just the middle man. But it was pure garbage, it did not fit, would require it to be bent to even get close to fitting on my scooter. So I tossed it in the garbage took the loss and ordered from another company a different brand. The reason for this was I live in the USA the item was 65.00 and 30.00 for shipping, so to ship it back was another 30.00 just to get a refund ..... toss it. Live and learn.

  as always MotoStorm are excellent only 1 thing, ask them to send with GLS, or anyone other than FedEx. I've ordered lots of stuff from MotoStorm, GLS always comes super quick and good tracking, FedEx not so much

  I would have given 5 stars if the tank bag was shipped to USA in a timely fashion. Purchased on the 4th of the month but a couple days later when I checked it said shipping on the 12th. Then on the 12th it said late delivery. I called and they said it was shipped from Germany to Italy but not received yet. A couple more days. I was leaving for a trip and had order based on the delivery initially expected. I requested that they prioritize my order and ship asap after receiving it. Well they did and it was shipped on a Wednesday morning Italy time and believe it or not was received on Thursday afternoon on the east coast and in time for my trip. I was thankful that it worked out in the long run.

We explained numerous times that the order was shipped correctly based on what you ordered and that the items were sold individually and not as kits - you plainly ignored all our attempts to explain what happened and insulted our Customer care operator. We answered all your emails since the beginning and were always respectful in trying to explain the situation. We are sorry you are still not satisfied with the purchase.

  Communication at first was not great, one of my items was on backorder, but they did not tell me this so my order showed in process for a long time.
