Verified reviewExcellent service - there were a few days delay due to customs check in Kent (welcome to Brexit) but it had nothing to do with the seller. The item arrived in a well-packaged and great condition. Installed the rack in 30min without any issues and it is a solid piece of kit to put my luggage on. Great product overall too.

Verified reviewI found them great, although I was surprised with the duty tax I had to pay before the courier handed the package over, maybe it should be added within the price just incase the person doesn't have the extra £42 to pay, but apart from that all great iv not tried product as it's charging (Mavic mini2) , so maybe make customers aware of hidden charges, include the duty tax in the price✌🏼

Verified reviewworst service ever. Purchased a product in Black Friday offer in November. Was delivered after engaging the national distributor and the manufacturer, by the end of March. They sell products they don’t really have in stock, even if the website says otherwise, and then they don’t deliver. Specially in offers, then they don’t want to give the discount and prefer to keep the purchaser waiting. I can’t recommend this online store at all.

Hello Fernando, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied. We always kept you updated and gave the option of a full refund as the product wasn't anymore available from the manufacturer. You told us that you could wait until the end of March and so we shipped the same day that the product arrived to us.
