Can't fault the service with in-stock items, Ordered and dispatched inside 24 hours. I am in Perth Western Australia and remarkably it took less time to arrive from Italy than it would have taken Sydney to Perth. Well done guys👍👍

I placed an order for a helmet. My card was charged promptly yet for an entire month I did not hear from Motostorm. No helmet, not even an order confirmation. Then I reached out to them with a request for an update. They replied right away and shipped the helmet in record time. So overall it was a mixed experience. I hope it was a one-time oversight, my order may have slipped through the cracks. I would buy from them again, mistakes happen.
