Verified reviewThe Helite Atrbag was not available from any USA site that I could find except Helites own site. Helite's Official USA site offered the vest but with a long delayed shipping time. Moto storm had the product in stock in Italy. I ordered the vest on Monday and received it from Italy on Friday via FEDEX 4 days later. Vest arrived in perfect condition. Even with shipping from Italy, the vest cost less than USA sources if they had been in stock. Which they were not. MOTOSTORM prefers PAYPAL which works very well. I will shop MOTOSTORM for my future needs.

Verified reviewI was very disappointed to find that when I opened the package the band that is supposed to protect the propellers when not in use was missing. I tried to contact DJ I and haven’t heard back yet which has been frustrating. I would be grateful if you could amend this. Otherwise it was a five star service

I am sorry for the inconvenience. The exact amount of the custom charges is impossible for us to know as that is not information we can verify ourselves. We do inform our customers of the fact that all countries outside of the EU could be subjected to these charges.

Verified reviewTheir Fedex delivery was aweful. The customs and duties taxes were absorbitantly high compared to my other purchases with other stores using UPS. Furthermore, they emailed me last Jan. 8 that my package would be delivered on Monday (Jan. 10). and then 3 hours later tells me that the courier was on his way to my house. By then I was already out of town

Hello, you order was shipped on the the same day that it was placed - 5th of Janaury. It was then delivered on the 8th of january. Italy . Philippines. I believe that we can say that shipping schedual was very fast indeed. Customers outside of the UE may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Community. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery.
