I could not find this helmet in the US from any retailer. I found Motostorm on line and they had it. After live chatting several questions, I felt comfortable ordering. My previous orders would have been Excellent, however, on this occasion I was not informed that the item was not in stock. I had to send an Email asking what the delay was before getting the information. The Email was replied to without delay and I was asked if I would like to wait or receive a refund. While I appreciate the offer of a refund it would have been nice to be told that the item was not in stock. I elected to wait for the order as I had already wasted five weeks before finding out about the delay.
