Everything arrived via FedEx without damage (Ireland), only one working day delay - I don't blame anyone here, it happens. Goods consistent with the description, everything matched I am even more pleased with. I do not know what happens if you need to return the goods, I did not have such experience and hope I do not have to check. So far, I recommend the store. Regards Sajek

Verified reviewTerrible experience. I received a good condition FedEx box, but when I opened box, I saw a beat-up SENA box with dried water-stains on it. Not only the damaged package, a screw is disconnected on the side of the helmet. I don’t know how to describe my anger. I wish I can share the photos. I would like to return it. Thank you

I was informed of the intended carrier (fed ex) and within seconds I received a message from fed ex giving me a delivery date which was just 7 days, truly remarkable considering my parcel was being delivered to Ireland.
