5-days delay for the advised date of shipment, with no notification of the delay. Once the question was ask about the shipment, the item shipped the next day? Once FedEx had the package, it was only 4-days to Colorado from Italy!

Correct but the day before your shipped it you had a Black Friday discount which you refused to give me. So I had a late delivery and missed out on the discount. Never again!
