We are really sorry for the delay in shipment and any inconvenience caused by this. Unfortunately given the historical period, there are some delays in production in most manufacturer's and this can cause slight delays in arrival of the items to us and therefore in shipment of the orders. Verified reviewUnfortunately it took a number of weeks to wven get my order confirmed. Once the correct item was confirmed I then had to enquire about it again before it was freighted. This item was requested well over a month before the 11th of this month. Painful would best describe the process

Hello, as you know there were availability issues with the product that you ordered. Motostorm proposed a different product as our customers satisfaction is very important for us . You accepted, we also informed you that shipping would have been delayed becasue the item had to arrive from the producer. Verified reviewVERY BAD DELIVERY !… THE VERY BASIC OPTIONS FOR DELIVERY, CHOOSEN BY MOTOSTORM, PUT ME IN A VERY UNCONFORTABLE SITUATION AND DELAYED THE DELIVERY…. SO IMPOSSIBLE TO SIMPLY RECEIVED THE PARCEL AT THE FIRST ATTEMPT OF DELIVERY IN THE CASE OF ABSENCE !…. AND DHL IS MUCH BETTER THAN UPC.

Hello, I'm sorry that you penalizes us when we have shipped your order the day after you placed it. It is also a safety for you not to leave the package unattended in case of absence and fix a second appointment in order to deliver it to someone. If you need help you can always contact us.

Grazie per la risposta. La mia critica non è affatto contro Motostorm: hai fatto molto bene il tuo lavoro. Manca invece un'opzione nel servizio richiesto a UPC: poter ritirare il pacco da un punto di ritiro vicino. Il costo della spedizione sarebbe esattamente lo stesso. Senza questa opzione, UPC offre 3 tentativi di consegna SENZA la possibilità per il cliente di scegliere l'orario... Il sistema di consegna è troppo rigido. UPC pensa che il cliente debba stare a casa tutto il giorno, cosa impossibile (ho uno studio medico in città), per pagare i dazi doganali. In caso contrario UPC non lascerà il pacco alla porta. UPC fa fatica a rispondere al telefono (è una vera punizione provarci, e aspettare...). Anche il sito UPC è terribile…. Finalmente dopo il pagamento online dei dazi doganali, il pacco viene lasciato alla porta... Quindi ciò che conta principalmente per UPC è la riscossione dei dazi doganali, più della sicurezza del pacco e molto di più della comodità del cliente...

Verified reviewThe product is fantastic, the pricing very reasonable.. The only thing preventing 5 stars was the delivery time, which would have been ok, if theyd just communicated. Everyone is held up at the moment, so just a revised eta would have been fine. Would definitely still recommend.
