I placed my order with Motostorm fully expecting it to take 2-3 weeks to make it from Italy to Utah. Nope, not at all. They said it would take 4-5 days to process my order. They shipped it on the 4th day and 2 days later I had it. So 6 days from order to wearing my new Arai Concept X...I am extremely happy. Packaging was good. There was no damage to the item when I got it. I would definitely order from Motostorm again.

I purchase a set of Shad side cases from Motostorm. I had an order placed with Shad USA and they were not going to be able to deliver for a couple of months. Motostorm filled the order in approximately 10 days and was over $250 less for the set delivered. The only issue I had was with FedEx for delivery. They were extremely backed up in Italy so my order sat for most of a week before finally being sent to me. Once the bags were in France, I had them at my door in southern California the next day.
