Hi, the order was placed on June 23rd so was scheduled to be shipped July 1st. it has been shipped with 1 month delay because there has been an unexpected delay from the brand of your helmet accessories. Verified reviewUnfortunately I have to rate this bad. I would say the product will be fine, but you need to fix who does your deliveries. I haven't received my order yet and postage was something crazy like 13 euro. I ordered last weekend so I would expect it to have been on time. Postage should either be free and/or you should choose a better, more reliable delivery agent. I never really see FedEx for European deliveries, but their tracking is sub par, customer service is difficult to contact, and the price is ridiculous. 13 euro delivery should have my package delivered over night

The shipping costs of 13€ are published transparently on our website and in your cart prior to checking out. If you have difficulties to reach Fedex, you can contact us and we'll ask update on delivery for you. we are easily reachable on mail or telephone, contacts are published at the bottom of any page on our website. we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the late deliveries

Yeah I understand this and I was well aware of the cost of the postage at check out. My point is that if the postage is so crazily expensive, I expect it to be with me when it is said it will be with me. All throughout lockdown, it has typically been DPD that delivers my parcels from around Europe. The cost is cheaper, and the deliveries have not been this late. Also customer service representatives are much easier to reach and talk to. The delay isn't the necessarily the fault of motostorm, but motostorm chooses to work with FedEx, who were at fault. I hope you see my point

Verified reviewI am an Australian and found Motostorm online, while looking for parts for my Nolan helmet. In Australia I was told that the parts were no longer available, because the helmet was "too old". Being persistent by nature, after much searching, I found Motostorm's excellent website and they had them listed as available. Like most Australians, I only speak English, but an email and a phone call later, I found that the staff at Motostorm spoke and wrote English better than we do. The two girls were super efficient as well as super friendly. I ordered the parts on 19th July, was told it would be 1 week till Nolan supplied the parts, but then at 1300 Italian time, on 23rd July I was advised it had been shipped via UPS and at 1300 Australian time, on 29th July, ONLY 6 DAYS LATER, it was delivered to my house in Australia!! I was stunned by how fast it had arrived. What exceptional service from Nolan, UPS, but mainly from the staff at Motostorm. Super impressed with Motostorm and very happy to have my "old" Nolan helmet back to as good as new. Kind regards Dave

Verified reviewサイトの表示が日本語と円に対応しており日本人にも分かりやすい。 PayPalで決済できるので便利。 発送及び配送もとても早く、一部取り寄せ品があったにも関わらず日本の自宅まで一週間で届いた。 注文後の状況や荷物の追跡がメールからのリンクですぐ把握でき安心。 しっかりと封をされたダンボールで送られてきた品物はサイズも注文通りで、個々にビニールで包まれており綺麗だった。 日本では買えない商品も取り扱っており、また送料を含めても日本で買うより安いものが多いのでとても嬉しい。 初めての海外通販だったが非常に満足度の高い買い物になった。欲しいものがあれば再び利用したいと思う。
