    The quality and flavour of this sushi was amazing. I enjoyed the creativeness of the flavour combinations. The service was great welcomed promptly and my order was just finishing being prepared even though I was early for my click and collect time. The process to sign up for the loyalty programme was very easy to do before completing my first order. I hope the quality of the sushi and service I received at the Marylebone store is just as good at other stores.

    The order online was keep showing “in preparation” so as it passed expected time I decided to go to shop and check. The order was ready but online status was not updated. Also, when I walked in the shop I had to wait until till lady will finish chatting with other customer. Ginger and wasabi sauce was missing in the bag (I have requested it when I placed the order). Sushi was good, the only negative comment this time-rice were not prepared correctly as every peace was falling apart. Usually I am happy with the order but this time slightly disappointed.

    Very disappointed with the experience. The order was scheduled for 21.00 to 21.15. We called the Brighton shop (01273 284188) like 10 times.     The order came 30-40min after the estimated time, upon calling the restaurant I was told it was due to a fault on the website. If I knew the delivery time would be so long (over 1h 30min) I would have not ordered. The dishes were not bad, but mostly average. The poke bowl had a lot of rice in comparison to other ingredients, and sushi wasn’t evenly filled. Would not order again, nor recommend to a friend.
