  Thank you for the review As we use natural dyes the first worn can lose a little bit of color but I think is something understandable that if the shoes has been worn we dont accept the return. Thank you!

  We have not received our order if 5 pairs of shoes. We were expecting an email from Seur re delivery, but we received unidentified emails - by the time we realised these must be from natural world, the goods were on their way back to Spain! Please send them again and keep us posted using the company name, otherwise we will think emails requesting money are scams!

  The site offers an easy purchase of a decent product but that's where it ends. If you are buying from the UK – BEWARE : the shoes will come up a couple of sizes too small (the size guide is unreliable), and although your order confirmation will say that the company accepts returns it omits the fact that RETURNS FROM THE UK ARE NOT POSSIBLE. Don't expect to find a mention of it on the site or expect to get a response to an email or a phone enquiry. These are expensive sneakers– if you must have them be extra careful– or better still shop elsewhere.

  I have purchased a couple of different pairs of vegan sneakers from this company and they were all perfect. I love the natural rubber sole - so you are not spreading microplastics as you walk. And I love that you can machine wash them. The shoes are really well made, I think they will last quite a long time. Shipping to the UK is quick and is delivered by DPD, which are lovely.

  I found the website extremely easy to navigate and ordering the shoes was easy. I inadvertently entered the correct address but the company quickly and efficiently corrected my error.
