  Delivery was super fast. Sandals seams as good as birckenstock and way more cheaper. I just don’t give 5 Stars because I hadn’t time enough to test sandals for longer period then one day

  I simply LOVE shoes from naturalworldeco. I got my first pair in a stationary shop in Berlin and wore them down completely. Light and comfortable, breathable. Once the shoes wore down I ordered a three new pairs (in case they stop selling my fav model) and then package came quickly, and the package smelled so nice. Which was such nice touch. 100% recommend and will be back!

  I love this company from start to finish of the process of ordering items. Sustainable, vegan products in the most amazing colours, materials used so soft & the shoes/ boots/ sandals smell great too! You get a tree planted in the name of your choosing on your first order too! I have now purchased one pair of boots, three pairs of sneakers & two pairs of flip flops. Not the cheapest brand but well worth that extra price. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

  Very good website with wide range of footwear. Easy to order and very good communication. Fast dispatch. The only small issue I had was not with the company but with my order taking at least five days to get through customs from Spain to UK.

  I was very afraid of delivery as their chosen partner has 11 thousand reviews and all of them negative. Fortunately for Belgium it was DPD that took over and delivery was fantastically easy. Everything went smoothly and the whole process from ordering to delivery took only a couple of days. Product as described, one thing I didn't like was lack of information on the box about composition, the kind of leather used etc. Size a bit too big, but that's the problem with their shoes, they have sizing all over the place.

  The sizes come up a bit small. Always worn a 43 with every boot/shoe I’ve bought in 30 years. These rub quite a lot. Had to take soles out to wear. Really like them though, so have ordered a 44!

  I have bought from Natural World before and everything went very well and I was delighted. Very recently I ordered a pair of shoes and when they arrived I realised that I had ordered the wrong ones so I placed another order for the correct shoes. They arrived and I am delighted with them. My problem is that I want to return the pair that I wrongly ordered but am being told that I have to make sure that I pay any taxes or the package will not be delivered so I wouldn’t get a refund. How do I know what the taxes are? Can someone advise me please.

  Super comfortable sneakers with an amazing scent. The products can be easily washed in the washing machine and the good smell returns after each wash. I habe bought several pairs through the last 4 years. The price is very fair. The online shop is great and the items arrived within a few days (much faster than expected). Highly recommended!

  Purchase process was simple and straightforward and I was able to get the size I needed. I was fortunate that what I ordered fit well, as UK customers can’t return goods or exchange. My delivery came in about 7 days and it was packaged nicely. Tracking was a little slow to update, but not the company’s fault. I’m really happy with my shoes and I think it would also be good if they offered shoe protector spread or something similar, as they are leather and protecting shoes helps them last longer and is this more sustainable. Overall it was a good experience and I would order again.
