  Most online retailers now have good returns policies but this company doesn’t. I knew this when I ordered but took a chance as I always buy the same shoe size. They are unfortunately too small which is a surprise as the website didn’t provide any information to indicate that a size bigger than usual should be ordered. I wouldn’t order from this company again unless either the returns policy is updated or the online information is better. A good site to look at for ordering shoes online is Berkenstock who have a really good foot measurement tool.

  Ok, I love the shoes, I have bought about 10 pairs and I will buy more but I have had a poor experience with customer service. I bought three different shoes in the same size, given they are all made by the same company I expected them to fit the same but they didn’t. Only 1/3 pairs fit. This is even more annoying as I bought the same shoe in the same size before and it fit last time and it didn’t this time (I’m 49, my feet aren’t changing size). Customer service then told me I was liable for all the costs shipping and duties (Brexit!!) to return the non fitting shoes. I don’t think that’s right. (I’m Irish and completely against brexit FYI)

  Great experience buying online from Natural World. I love their shoes. Me, and my sisters always have, at least, 5 pairs of the Lavanda/Old Lavanda shoes that we swap between ourselves. The package arrived within three business days. Oh, and the package comes infused with a fruity, aromatic scent!

  The shoes arrived, disappointingly, without the moulded cardboard inserts other companies use to keep them in shape in transit.The unfortunate result is that both shoes arrived with unsightly creases on the fronts of the uppers. Such a shame, as they are otherwise a very attractive shoe.

  After I unsuccessfully had tried to order natural world shoes for my daughter in other shops in Germany I eventually went for the original and ordered in Spain: and suddenly everything was easy and beautiful. Ii can only highly recommend this shop!

  No problem with the website. Although I always find the difference between French and Belgian prices very irritating: why am I punished for living in Belgium? I don't think delivery costs are that different between France and Belgium ... Even if they were, that doesn't explain the difference in the shoes prices!

  Had to prepay via bank transfer. First shipment "disappeared", and one of the selected products was not available for the replacement shipment, so had to pick a larger size which is OK but not ideal. Customer Service was very friendly and efficient, and did all she could to help out.

  One pair of shoes is two colors. when I sent an email to them, they replied that they would send me a new one and given me the colors they have, I chose one, but after that they said they couldn't do that, return the money, I said yes, but up to now, I didn't receive this return; by the way, I have been charged nearly 70 pounds for the tax from FEDEX, I asked them to settle this matter to contact with FedEx, because I paid all of the money no any extra costs, but they ignore it, I don't know how can I do that.

  Even though the product (trainers) was available on the website, later on after I paid for that and other trainers, it appeared one of them was sold out. There was no clear information from customer service what colours were available in reality, as the website appeared to be unreliable. My parcel was vastly delayed and till the end I wasn’t sure if I’m going to get one or two pairs of trainers. It wasn’t my first order (I have had +10 pairs of trainers) but the first time I was unhappy with the process!

  I have very narrow yet long feet and Old Blossom (with an insert) fit me perfectly. I now have two colours. I tried other styles, but all are too wide. I appreciate Natural World Eco Shop allowing me to try different styles.

  I needed to change the size of the sneakers, I sent them back as requested on the website and in addition to never receiving them again, they didn’t responded to me from The help service. Basically I was stolen!! My lawyer is trying to help me but is not easy. I don’t advise!
