  In their website they say that products can be exchanged which is not true. They affirm I used the shows before trying to exchange them for a different size, which is not true. When trying to prove that I've used them they send a picture of the shoes that doesn't show any kind of wearing on them. Make sure you choose the right size because you cannot exchange them for a different one.

  These are my favourite shoes, and not just the product itself, the website, the selection, the delivery process, all top notch, I’m a size 47, so if I had a gripe that would be my only one, that the selection for us big feet is quite limited.

  I have used Natural World shoes for several years. Size of Old Apricot ordered this year did not fit and on request to exchange I was informed they have no return procedure. These days ! Surely they should sort this out.

  I bought 2 pairs of shoes in the same size (45) one fitted; one (Old Quercia) was the equivalent of size 43. There are NO RETURNS for any shoes from the UK. This not transparently communicated - you will just not find a Returns form in the packaging nor on the web site. Be careful! Customer Service communications are 'patchy' to say the least. Sadly not a great experience.

  You are missing the point. Deloitte research found that 91% of consumers do not read the T&Cs. You need to spell it out as I have communicated which will help your customers to make better informed decisions.

Glad you use DPD, they are one of the best courier companies in our area. The goods arrived exactly as I'd hoped, with that gorgeous sweet aroma I'm used to!   The product was excellent, but the sizing was really bad. I am a 43 yet they were way too big. I reordered a 42 and they are fine. The problem comes when having to return the size 43 - very very difficult and no real return process. Still waiting for the credit....

  Easy navigation. The search engine could be more accurate, for example when filtering by size and color it could only display products in stock or have that option in the filter. The order was processed quickly without errors. I strongly recommend this site and produtcs.
